Excelente, bem localizado, atendimento cordial. Sempre ficamos nele quando vamos à Itapema. O único senão dessa vez foi o esquecimento de toalhas no quarto e de um endredon, tivemos que pedir. Restaurante anexo ao hotel e um show a parte.

O hotel é maravilhoso. Boa localizacao e cafe fa manha. Como eu iria dar uma palestra, a maquiadora foi ate o hotel, para me arrumar, porem, nao foi deixado ela entrar nem no quarto, nem disponibilizado outro espaco, a nao ser que fosse paga uma taxa. O grande problema nao foi esse e sim a falta de tato da mulher que atendeu, sendo extremamente grosseira e desrespeitosa. Provavelmente era a gerente,

O hotel tem boa estrutura, o café da manhã é muito bom. Fica loge da praia se este for o objetivo. A piscina no terraço é bem boa mas tem pouco espaço e o barulho da BR101 é constante. No geral, ficaria novamente.

Entrando no quarto o mesmo não estava com a cama de criança pronta, tivemos que solicitar na hora para virem arrumar. O vaso sanitário do banheiro não estava higienizado, estava "chapiscado", muito desagradável

Hotel pecou muito em algumas situações. Principalmente de início quando já havia sido cobrado o valor total da reserva em um dos meus cartões, SEM AUTORIZAÇÃO ou quaisquer pergunta. Solicitei atendimento e alguns atendentes me informaram que havia sido um colega que lançou errado. Já outros, me informaram que era situação normal e outros falaram que havia sido o sistema do hotel. Alguém resolveu? Não! Ficou na mesma situação.
Além disso, são dois elevadores lentos para 18 andares. Um caos.
E Meu quarto não havia cobertor.

Hotel incrível, colaboradores cordiais, quarto grande e confortável, uma vista incrível, chuveiro com banho a gás, café da manhã delicioso e muito diversificado, garagem coberta incluído na estadia, hotel conta com academia 24h e piscina aquecida. Super recomendo.
