We book without cancellation two weeks before the 7-day stay but due to a family inconvenience unable to reach the place, asking the staff to be able to cancel the reservation even at the cost of paying a penalty, we are denied the thing. Upon arrival, at the reception they magically cancel the reservation we had in an annex and put us in a room so dilapidated that just describing it makes me vomit, but I can't help but say it: Dirty room, hair in the sheets, shower not working, towels with holes and stains, ants in the sheets, malfunctioning air conditioner, non-functioning wi-fi, old TV with no signal, room not soundproofed and noisy at all… Unwelcoming and rude staff who didn't even respond to our good morning. It praises 4 stars but 2 would have been too many. Bad hotel, not recommended !!!
