Primeiramente fizemos a reserva para o Vida de Maré, chegando lá fomos deslocados para outro, sem nem ter sido avisados. Não recebi nenhuma notificação de mudança de hotel,nem de quarto. Não gostei. Ficamos em um outro hotel,pior que no 3° andar, barulho de obras, banheiro com teto caindo, e corredor com buracos no teto. A coisa boa foi os funcionários super atenciosos. Ponto final. Só fiquei porque não tinha escolha. Disseram que estava lotado.

O hotel é pessimamente administrado! Café da manhã fraquissimo, nada é feito com o objetivo de agradar o hóspede, mas só visando o lucro. Durante o tempo em que estive hospedado (4 diárias) não vi nenhum gerente. É uma pena porque o hotel é muito bem localizado! Vi muita gente reclamando! Vila de Mare: JAMAIS!

Fiquei 4 dias, não foi feita limpeza no quarto. E ainda no segundo dia apareceu um rato. Durante 3 dias uma barata morta no corredor. Em termos de higiene é muito ruim. A localizaçao e a simpatia dos atendentes é o que salva.

O Vila de Maré Hotel simplesmente se recusou a honrar uma reserva por conta de um problema de terceiros, deixando a passageira sem hospedagem. Isso prejudica não só os viajantes, mas também as agências que confiaram no hotel. Um estabelecimento assim nem deveria estar operando. Lamentável!

Estive hospedada neste hotel em fevereiro/2025. Quando realizei a reserva tinha conhecimento que o local era simples, mas não esperava que a experiência seria tão ruim. O atendimento dos funcionários é ruim, eles não demonstram qualquer simpatia para atender aos clientes. Os quartos são bem pequenos, limpeza deixa muito a desejar. No quarto que fiquei tinha cheiro de mofo e esgoto. Os lençóis e as toalhas não são trocados todos os dias. O único aspecto positivo do local é a sua localização, que fica próximo à praia e ao centrinho.

O hotel em si é muito bom,o quarto no tamanho certo,foi limpo todos os dias mesmo sem eu pedir,o café da manhã é bom sim,pertinho de tudo. Não liguem para comentários negativos,tenho certeza que são pessoas que pagam de ricas e não querem pagar tão caro num resort. Meu agradecimento por todo cuidado comigo e minha irmã nesses 5 dias que lá ficamos.

Pousada simples sem nenhum conforto. O atendimento e café da manhã sao pessimos. A única vantagem é estar bem próximo ao centrinho de Porto de Galinhas, no entanto tem muita barulho e agitação. Para quem procura apenas um lugar para dormir, essa pousada atende. Os funcionários não são prestativos. Viajamos durante a madrugada e chegamos na pousada às 9:30 da manhã muito cansados e sem dormir. Por várias vezes pedimos a gentileza de liberar o checkin um pouco mais cedo, mas não fomos atendidos. Faltou um pouco de empatia e acolhimento. Não recomendo.
