Pros: - Nice and helpful staff; - Across the street from Campanhã Station. - Quiet; - Budget friendly. Cons: - Extremely cold room and bathroom. I had to turn the AC on but it wasn't enough; - Dirty blanket. I had to grab an extra blanket from the closet and clearly it was never washed. It was very dirty, full of stains and what seems like food crumbs; - Humidity. Woke up with water running down the walls; - Bad water pressure; - No hot water in the sink, only shower.

This hotel is in a perfect location if you have an early morning train to catch. It is directly across the street from the Campanha station. Our room was minimalistic but clean and newly renovated. Note, there is no elevator.

The hotel is right opposite the main train station and is very convenient for everywhere
The staff are very nice and kind. The rooms are a good size and the bathroom is lovely although I would change the shower head to a large one.
Everything is very clean & I had a room at the back which was very quiet.

We stayed at the Hotel Poveira for one night after a late arrival to the Porto train station. The hotel seems to be converted from a large old house. Based on our small, twin room with a bathroom nearly the same size as the bedroom, funky, yet functional scraps of furniture, firm, comfortable beds and scrupulous cleanliness, I would gladly stay again. There is no lift and the hotel is not on the center of things but if you need a room across the street from the main station this is the place.

Excellent hotel and very friendly and helpful staff, within walking distance of Campanha railway station. Stayed here at the beginning of our northern tour and at the end. Well recommended for anybody who is either passing through through or staying.

We stayed here for one night after flying in from North America. We were meeting the rest of our party and a large self catering property the following day and just needed somewhere clean and comfortable for the night and we were pleasantly surprised. Rooms were not huge but very clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the staff were all amazing. It’s very easy to get to from the airport and close to the train station. As with most older buildings there are no elevators so if you have mobility issues make sure to request a ground floor room. Thank you for a lovely stay! We will book again if we return to Porto

This was a very basic room in a clean hotel, with a pristine bathroom. A bit pricey but good. Especially convenient location right across the train station.
