The good thing about the hotel is the location and the staff, very friendly. Let's start... The room was damp, especially the bathroom. The bathtub curtain had the bottom edge of a suspicious color. The mattress was many years old and the springs were noticeable, preventing rest. We missed plugs, which only 1 worked. Our room shared a terrace with other rooms, but its access door did not close; forcing us to close the blind to guarantee privacy and security, which did not close completely.

Low quality hotel, but happily located and with friendly staff. For the price paid, it's not worth it anyway.

The location is good. The price is affordable. You can stay.

The shower leaked all the water out and we had to dry it off with a towel. The TV didn't work. But the rest is very good. Those who received us were all very nice. The location is good, with many cool bars and close to the metro station. We were very surprised.

We were offered a choice of two rooms. They took the one where the wi-fi worked better. The staff is wonderful, they immediately helped us with the search for an ATM (accompanying to it), where the union pay card would work, since it works in single ATMs. You can drink coffee or tea at any time of the day or night, a kettle of hot water is always ready. The cleanliness is perfect, cleaning is done every day and towels and linen are changed. If we are in Porto again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, and excellent service. The only downside was the very small bathroom with no hairdryer, and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up. The decor was very simple. Very close to the center, I recommend it.

Worst hotel experience of our lives. When we arrived, we had to climb some steep and narrow stairs, with several suitcases, to access our room. The room did not correspond at all to the photos on Booking and the hotel's website - the headboard had stains, there was mold on the walls and ceiling, it smelled of mold, the mattresses on the beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were stained with blood. Furthermore, the door didn't close well and it was difficult to lock it. The balcony was nice, but when we looked down there were hotel towels and clothes lying on the roof below. We were 3 girls and we were very uncomfortable with the receptionist's behavior at check-in and when he showed us to our room. The last straw was when he suggested going in to change the stained sheets on the bed. We didn't feel safe and, since the hygiene conditions in the room left a lot to be desired, we asked for a refund and left. I do not recommend this hotel at all! Scenario worthy of a horror film.

Terrible experience, this is not a hotel, it is a bad pension, they gave us a room that was not breathable with the humidity, I accepted the room with vertical wooden stairs that you barely entered, the width of which is impossible to climb with a bag, much less some suitcases if you get If you are sick, they have to take you out the back with a rope. This place, above all, cannot be on any rental portal. This is a mess for junk.
