Very disappointing stay — uncomfortable, noisy, and poorly managed
Review:
My stay at this hotel in Porto was unfortunately a very negative experience.
Unfriendly staff / poor service: The receptionists were not welcoming and seemed unprofessional. Requests were met with little care or attention.
Room amenities missing: No slippers, no toiletries kit, and nothing to make the stay more comfortable.
Uncomfortable bed: The bed was very bad and made it difficult to get proper rest.
Faulty technology in the room: The motion sensor system was terrible — even if someone was inside the room, the electricity and AC would shut off automatically. This made the stay extremely inconvenient and frustrating.
Lighting issues: The room lights were poorly designed and uncomfortable to use.
Very noisy at night: The hotel was loud during the night, making it almost impossible to sleep.
Overall, this hotel failed on all the basics of comfort, service, and design. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

The lighting is not enough that makes the room is so dark. There is no hook provided in the bathroom that makes me can’t hang the clothes. It so inconvenient.

Pro: location is good as it is very close to the main station, Trindade. Just 5 mins walk. Also about 12-15 mins to the old town. 3 mins walk to supermarket, My Auchan. Very convenient.
Modern shower and room design, the bed is very comfy with adjustable back support, very thoughtful. TV is big and has many TV channels, with different languages.
Good to have body lotion, and conditioner.
Give a big bottle of water daily, 👍👍
The lobby is very modern and have vending machines to buy drinks.
Cons: room is small, no separation between shower and bed, no privacy at all. The room designed only for couple, not even convenient for parent and child staying in the same room.
No amenities in room, not even tea bags or coffee sachets, no tea mugs, only give 2 paper cups for 3 nights stay.

Very good and clean Hotel. Awesome stuff and good position. It’s a little bit outside from the city center (lower noise) but with the metro vert close.

The room is small but clean. It is quite noise as it is located on the second floor and close to a flyover. My general feeling of this hotel is just average.
