So shock to receive a rotten welcome fruit basket with moldy peach, grapes and so on. Already told the manager in the reception, but no any follow-up action was taken, no apologized letter, no replacement. Luckily I spot it before my kids touching or eating. Couldn’t imagine consequence how we continue our summer long vacation
For the location, it’s far away from city center. Definitely, not recommend to others.
One positive comment, the staff in breakfast session were nice and friendly.

Location was about 5 mins drive from Vila Da Nova Devasas train station and 10 mins walk to Camara Gaia subway station. It’s not that close to Porto city centre. You got to Uber or walk everywhere. No free water in room unless you’re a Hilton Honors Silver member and above, and that’s only for the 1st bottle. Items like cotton pads and vanity kits were not restocked unless requested. Hand towels were also provided on the first day only. Dental kits have to be requested as well. Kinda disappointed based on the fact that it was a stay for our honeymoon but even so water was chargeable at 6 Euros per bottle because I was only a Blue HH member. Towel racks were not available, only hooks. Otherwise great service from the ground staff who could speak English except for a waitress who couldn’t understand “no ham no bacon” for our omelettes! Simple breakfast served daily. We were also given a small cake to celebrate. Thanks for the stay.

Very enjoyable stadium once again.
The breakfast, however, this time was far below expectations, it took a long time to replace the bread and juice as well as other essential products.

Great 4-night experience. The room is comfortable. The breakfast is pretty good but repetitive after 4 mornings. The two pools are superb, open from 9am to 9pm with hammam and sauna. A port tasting in their cellar was offered to us on arrival. We will come back with pleasure :)
A few small areas for improvement: the bottle of water at €3.50 in the room is not crazy for a 5-star hotel - the empty mini bar - I also suggest offering some sports activities in one of the two pools.
