"Location is very convenient. I came around 10am and they already had my room ready by 12 and let me check in. So I’m very grateful. I really liked the breakfast best breakfast i ever had probably. They had avocados.., you never get avocados and just a very nice selection of breads and fruits the breakfast was overall 10/10!! They even offered to make me iced coffe with oat milk. I’m beyond impressed for the price point you get way more than expected."

"What a lovely hotel. Firstly we were given a free upgrade to a beautiful suite over looking the river with everything we could need. We wish we were staying for longer than one night! The breakfast was so good, fantastic choices and good quality. Location was good too, slightly away from the centre but a lovely walk along the Douro river."

"Very friendly and kind service: these are people who are willing to go the distance to ensure you have a nice stay. We asked for an end of corridor room and was given one. Breakfast is ample and will satisfy most hungers. I only suggest that they rotate hot dishes for example so guests who stay several nights may enjoy a little variety. The management should be proud of what they have been able to achieve in the six months since they opened in July 2025."

"Easily accessible from Campanhã Bus Terminal by taking bus 207 or 400; fare is €2.50 per person and very convenient. Most major tourist attractions are within walking distance. The room itself was clean and tidy, equipped with both heating and air conditioning. Hairdryer is available upon request from the front desk. The shared kitchen allows guests to boil water or prepare instant noodles and hot drinks. Soundproofing was not ideal, but fortunately, other guests were quiet during our stay. The location is not near any bars, so there was no disturbance from nightlife—only occasional street or traffic noise. Overall, the environment was relatively quiet."
