"4 star hotel only on paper. We booked a non-smoking room, and instead as soon as we entered the room we immediately smelled smoke. Stained blankets, stained carpet everywhere. There are 2 terraces and both door glasses are stained (full of fingerprints). Disappointing cleaning. Shower towels in the bathroom for 2 people even though the room was triple and we were 3 people. Breakfast room in the Establishment opposite, so you have to leave the hotel, cross the street, and enter another building. Negative experience."
