I travel four or five times a year for pleasure and this is one of my favorite places in the world. The seaside hotel with all the resort benefits. The team is amazing! Everything is perfecto.

Exceptionally friendly staff who helped us solve our incorrect reservation and saved my girlfriend’s birthday. The hotel manager Michela met us as we were her very best friends. The hotel itself is located on the main square with a beautiful view on Marina and provided a complimentary access to the beach club. Due to location it might be a bit crowded around and it was a bit noisy from outside night activities. The room is spacious and very beautiful. One of our best hotel stay so far!

Michela and her team are at the peak of hospitality! The location is fantastic especially the people watching from the terrace of the Eva Gardner suite. The quality of everything is first rate and a special note for the restaurant, a fantastic dining experience! The main Splendido has all the trappings of an iconic luxury hotel and the Mare is more of an intimate, boutique experience with some of the best high touch hospitality we’ve ever experienced.

The Splendido Mare should be skipped. - It’s not at all up to the Belmond brand quality. Service at the Mare is awful. Trust me, skip the Splendido Mare and stay at the Splendido (the much nicer hotel). Dinner / the restaurant at Splendido Mare is great. Go for dinner but don’t waste your money on the overnight stay.

This hotel is very bit of magic. I could not imagine a more perfect stay. Every detail is perfect. Every portion thoughtful. Breakfast on the terrace, transfers, beach, pool, gym. The team never ceased to amaze me.

A serene hotel in a fantastic location - not a cheap destination at all, but we had a fantastic time. We were warmly greeted by the hotel manager and staff, and Beatrice (thank you) took great care of us with a tour, a free ice cream, and a boat ride. Very pleasant indeed. The room was lovely. Dinner also very nice. And breakfast first class in the morning at the best table I think I’ve ever taken breakfast on. Difficult to criticise but here goes - an alcohol free champagne available for drivers would be nice (but the mocktail was lovely, thank you) and just watch the cost of parking as we weren’t really told and it was over twice the price of parking your car at The Savoy in London. Thank you everybody for a memorable stay
