Poor customer service (phone service, apparently from another city), no reception. Early access not possible. Hotel was noisy (by other guests and a dog). The restaurant was run by another owner. They saved the trip. Porvoo is really nice, especially the Old Town!

-Notice that hotel has no reception, number code to get in
-Rooms and interior are too old and we found mold on the shower floor. Elevator was small and slow, 5 floors
-breakfest is not so great variety than usual in Finnish hotels. Many things ran out and nobody was seen anywhere to ask for more. No service and dishes were piling on the tables. There were bread and toppings, carelian pies ran out, sausages and eggs (so much salt that we could not eat at all), vegetarian version ran out, special coffee machine was broken, normal coffee was found, yogurt and mysli.
-overall would not stay here again with this high price, luckily we had only one night.

There is no longer staff (since 1.6.2023). Breakfast mon-thu until 9.30. Very disappointing that this info has not been updated to hotel info (eg **********). Because of lack of reception, you are not able to store luggage. Check in is at 16 and check out 11. :(

Good location, in centre of Porvoo. Polite and helpful customer service, but not wearing masks properly all the time. Room was messy, towels were dirty or maybe there was stains, that didn't go away in washingmachine. Breakfast was really good.
