In general, the hotel is good, the breakfast could be much better, I made a reservation for 5 days for 10
people, a couple did not go, the Hotel did not authorize refunds for nights that were not occupied.

Hotel Bagu Grand Crucero is located in the centre of Posades at 5 km of the bus-station. The hotel offers 43 rooms over 4 floors, a restaurant & wine-shop. The hotel is practical and pleasant. Free Wi-Fi. Friendly and helpful staff but don’t expect much English. We had a room with view of the street. Our room was adequately furnished and decorated, with a good kingsize bed, TV on the wall, desk & chair, air-conditioning, wardrobe & safe. We had a small separate bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bidet and shower. All was clean. Windows can be opened but don’t have mosquito screens. There is the usual city traffic noise. The buffet breakfast is OK: bread & toast, ham & cheese, scrambled eggs, butter & marmalade, croissants, a choice of pastries, fruit & orange juice, cereals, milk, tea & coffee. We found hotel Bagu Grand Crucero comfortable and we had a good stay.

hay dos hoteles de esta cadena en la ciudad, uno es el nuevo que es de una categoría superior y uno que debe ser el original que presenta una cara de desgaste importante. En el primero tuve oportunidad de cenar y lo recomiendo. En el segundo solo positivo el hecho de que atienden hasta tarde. Traten de qued**** en el nuevo

Por maior que seja o esforço da equipe, o hotel parece ter parado no tempo. Paredes sujas, banheiro mofado, vidros manchados e instalações que merecem uma remodelação é o que encontramos. Na nossa chegada, nos colocaram num quarto em que até a bancada tinha bolhas de umidade. Como a cofre do quarto não estava funcionando, nos propuseram a troca do quarto. O outro quarto era parecido com o primeiro. De diferente, um cofre que funcionava, um frigobar e uma bancada sem bolhas de umidade. De toda forma, o preço da hospedagem compensa essas falhas. Saiu absurdamente em conta o valor pago.
