Our stay at Il San Pietro di Positano was nothing short of extraordinary. While the property itself is stunning—with panoramic views, elegant design, and world-class amenities, it’s the exceptional, personalized service that truly sets this hotel apart. From the moment we arrived, even though it was very late in the evening, we were made to feel not just like valued guests, but like part of the Il San Pietro family. One of the most memorable touches was being personally welcomed by the General Manager Andrea Zana the next morning, whose warmth, kind small gestures like little gifts in the room and attention to detail set the tone for the rest of our stay. He seemed to be present and genuinely invested in each guest’s experience, and that personal connection is part of the magic in Il San Pietro. Throughout our stay, every member of the staff—from housekeeping to the front desk, and the incredible team at the breakfast restaurant—delivered service that was not only flawless but deeply personal. They remembered our names, our preferences, and greeted us back every evening asking about our day and making us feel like we were returning home. The hotel also provides very convenient complimentary boat and minivan shuttle services to Positano town for its guests. We’ve had the privilege of staying in many luxury hotels, but Il San Pietro redefines hospitality. It’s not just a beautiful hotel. It's a place where you feel truly welcomed, and cared for. We left with full hearts, already planning our return.
