The noise level within the apartment is too high, and the cleaners bang the other apartment doors. So there is constant banging in the morning and could hear people in the other people in their rooms

Service - 3 m below DNA level. The provider didn't even bother to answer the phone - all contact was only via text messages. All he could do was refer me to trip. com. I couldn't get the codes to open the front door and the locker with the room keys. When asked for help, he suggested that I was an ***** if I couldn't get it using the application. I would like to mention that after paying for the reservation and confirming my identity, I received a pin code - for further identity confirmation after calling trip.com - service only in English. English - South-East Asia version (despite 20 years spent in England, I had a lot of trouble understanding the lady from the staff - by the way, she was very nice). As a tidbit, I would like to add that I traveled with my 90-year-old father - it did not matter to the hotel provider. I WILL STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND THE TRIP.COM SERVICES WHEREVER I CAN EXPRESS MY OPINION TO PROTECT OTHERS FROM THE STRESS OF THE NUISANCES THAT I MYSELF EXPERIENCED.

We are so disappointed by this place. First of all, our flight was delayed so we were not sure if we could make it to check in at 11pm. I contacted the facility to get a 15 minutes later arrival. They were in no help at all. They did not answer the phone and just texted us that we should have booked another hotel then, because this facility has check-in to 11pm. Worst service I have ever experienced.
Good for us, we made it before 11pm but when we did so, they moved our keys to another key box which was also stressful. We did not see any reason why we could not have arrived later since the door was open by code and the key was in a box.
The room was small, extremely warm so we had to have open windows all the time and then loud from the streets. Also there was no kitchen as the description said. The worse part was the smell of parfume which was extreme.
All in all a super negative experience.
Only good thing is that it is close to everything.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Appreciated having a small fan in the room to circulate the air at night with the drapes drawn.
One of the lights next to the bed was burnt out and there was only one packet of coffee for my two day stay. Other than those two items, once I figured out how to access my key, everything was excellent.
