Ozonowane Apartamenty St Martin Poznan Centrum

We arrived just after 6 and check in was rushed. We were allocated a room which was directly opposite the lift & stairs. Room large & modern but the curtains would not close ( far too small for the window) and it’s not soundproofed at all. We literally had no sleep as the world was walking past our door at all hours. We complained to be told we had not checked in at all and no one was in that room! We also got a email from booking saying we were a no show! We were then given another room which had the same issues but now with drilling & hammering. We rang booking as the girl in reception told us nothing more could be done until 1pm and we just wanted a shower and sleep and they finally accepted a refund so we could leave and checked into a hotel. The shower was cold, no shower gel, towels were like postage stamps and curtains that just don’t close. It is a new hotel but they need to improve on customer service, (the same girl who didn’t check us in, then proceeded to show me the bookings with people’s details on, didn’t tell us anything about the hotel & made us feel uncomfortable) Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless you like a noisy light room.
