Booking with TUI? - Read on now - If not, scroll further for an accurate report of the hotel. TUI - We booked though TUI, apparently booking an all-inclusive package. However this hotel does not do this and TUI have misrepresented this package. If you're thinking booking with TUI, don't - but do book it privately as it's a fabulous resort and you will not be disappointment if you know what you're paying for. Conte di Cabrera has a wonderful team of staff and is an amazing location. The beach is wonderful, beautifully sandy and a very shallow, so really safe for younger children and non-swimmers. The pool temperature is lovely, but is a little deep. The 'animation team' are the best we've ever experienced (and I have two teenaged boys). They work incredible hard and are very exchanging for all ages groups, with a huge variety of activities in the pool, on the beach, and elsewhere within the complex. The food is fine. As someone that cooks almost every day for my family I will always enjoy not having to cook. There is always something fresh on the grill, and the pizzas are fresh, made in front of you. The salad is always made fresh too - as an early riser, I got to witness the chefs who cook the eggs, bacon and pancakes, chopping the salad for the the days lunches and dinner. For anyone thinking about the any kind of drinks package. All drink (teas, coffees, 'juice' etc) for breakfast are part of it. Local beer and soft drinks are available from the pool bar from 10.30am - 12.30pm. Then you get local wine, beer, and soft drinks during lunch. The pool bar reopens around 15.30, until 18.00 (ish), although the sometimes run out of beer. In the evening, the piano bar sells drinks from the 18.30, but again, local beer and wine is available in the restaurant which is open until around 21.30.
