Charles Central

Very good hotel ,especially the reception lady Sonia she is very helpful and so kind, I hope to come back again.

The reception stuffs were kind and polite. The key of the room was old and difficult to use. There’s not much amenity but overall it was good.

The Charles central is tucked away down a side street but with easy access From the nearest underground metro kritzikova station a 2min walk away blink and you’ll miss the entrance once inside the small reception And very friendly receptionist give you all the info you require the rooms are spacious with Tv comfortable and with tea & coffee making facilities You can catch a tram or it’s a long walk to the old town But well worth the effort A lovely cosy hotel on a budget

We arrived at Charles Central expecting a disabled friendly hotel. Sadly our booking agent was lacking actual knowledge of where he booked us. Reception staff were extremely helpful & offered to find us alternative accommodation. After finding that I could manage the few steps to the lift we said we'd prefer to stay. I am glad we did as this is a real gem of a place to stay. The staff are friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. My partner had a birthday whilst staying and much to his delight and surprise the hotel had noted this from his passport. Thank you so much for toasting his day. The food is fresh, tasty and abundant. The rooms are clean, good sized comfortable. The beds are extremely comfortable. There is a metro station outside and bus and trams a matter of meters away. I highly recommend Charles Central.
