I left this hostel covered in bed bug bites. Management dismissed it entirely until I involved legal assistance—then they grudgingly offered just 30% back. No apology, no accountability. If you don’t want to risk taking bed bugs home with you, stay far away.

This hostel has bed bugs! I stayed two nights and ended up with 50 plus bites. The second night I woke up with bugs on my arms. They switched me to another one of their hostels in town and washed my clothes but have since ignored all communication from me in regards to a refund as well as medication reimbursement. Incredibly unprofessional and I would not stay here or with this chain again.

Pretty terrible experience with this hostel, at least one of the rooms has bedbugs. I woke up with multiple bites the first night of my stay. Left the hostel and got a room down the street at a hotel. Asked about getting a refund the next day from the hostel and was told to reach out to an email address. Sent multiple emails and even reached out via website, but have not heard anything from anyone. Would recommend staying away from this hostel!
