Good location. The breakfast isn't great. The receptionist who checked us in was quite unpleasant, but the receptionists on the following days were much friendlier. Honestly, even though it's an acceptable place with a good location, I think there are better and equally affordable options in the city.

Definitely recommend and if I come back to Prague will stay again. The given room was huge and clean. Even had kitchen. Also it was towards the backyard of hotel, so very peaceful. The reception are generally kind, attentive 24 hours and speak English. Also helped to keep the luggage so I could use full day time. Moreover staff were willing to make up the room everyday and provided the bathroom amenities. Location is also very good, 2 minute walk to Pavlova MRT, and some Trams. Also there is some affordable food stores and supermarkets within 5-10min walk. Towards the city center and old town there is around 25min walk. It’s a bit uphill sometimes but still considered very close. Breakfast is only cold items and not a big variety, but is delicious and fresh.

Although l booked for a single room type, surprisingly the room size is very big. At first, l feel like the room itself a bit old school design, but after staying there for 2 nights, l realized that it is actually quite comfortable. The room and bathroom are generally clean. Also, surprisngly there is kitchen in the room itself, with the minibar as well. The receptionist is very friendly. There is free luggage storage for those who require to depart late after room check out.

The location is okay, roughly 20 mins walk to the centre of the city and 22 mins tram to the castle area. You can take tram 22 at I.P Pavlova to Prazsky hrad or Brusince. If you prefer a location that is quiet but still closer to the centre, this would be your ideal choice. They have 24 hours reception looking after the entrance, so you will need to ring the bell when you go in. Such arrangement made me feel more safe living in such area with less pedestrian at night.

The location is good, a 5-minute walk to a bus stop. However, the receptionist was extremely rude. She didn't smile at all during check-in. Because the room lock was faulty and couldn't be locked from the inside, I requested a room change. She said she wasn't sure if we could change rooms and needed to check with the manager first, adding that the room was old and some wear and tear was inevitable. Breakfast was average, with standard ham and bread.

The rooms are very old and run down. Breakfast is decent, and the air conditioning is a plus.

Construction was underway not only in the area around the hotel, but in more than half of the hotel itself, and the construction noise was terrible from around 7:00 AM. I was looking forward to seeing the view from the outside, but unfortunately it was covered in scaffolding. Furthermore, the only construction nearby was at the hotel itself and the road in front of it. When I returned to my room, I noticed that new bath towels hadn't been provided, so I called the reception. The hotel wasn't very clean, and there was trash on the floor and in the shower room. They emptied the trash cans, but they were so dirty I didn't want to touch them. I went to the reception desk at 2:00 AM to open a bottle of beer, but the staff member was lying on the sofa in front of the reception desk. It was nice that there was a kitchen, but it was still old. I'm sorry to say this, but I don't think I'll ever stay here again.

The room was large, had a kitchen, and was quite clean, although the facilities were a bit old. The location was excellent.

The room layout is very unique, especially the kitchen hidden in the cabinet. It was a real surprise. Outside the window is a view of the big trees in the backyard. The breakfast is rich, and there are great restaurants nearby! It's very convenient!

A good hotel in an excellent location for visiting the city
