The location isn't bad, old city square can be reached by a short walk. The AC worked very poorly, and it took 2 nights by the time they offered to change and upgrade my room. Spa area is great!

Services exceeded expectation. You are given a drink and face towel upon checking in, at a lounge facing Vltava River! Breakfast was excellent with super wide buffet spread. Room with terrace offered great view of Prague Castle!!

We had the most fabulous stay at the President Hotel in Prague. We were warmly welcomed by the staff who stored our bags before check in. The room was spotless, quiet, spacious and tasteful. The housekeeping was immaculate, and the location of the hotel was amazing, right on the river!

We've tried every possible way to contact the hotel, but it's been completely impossible. AI machines, both on the phone and chat, promised we'd be contacted, but no one ever got back to us. We've also emailed multiple times with no response. Terrible service!
