The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was delicious. I was also impressed by how clean the room was. If I have the chance to go again, I will definitely book this hotel.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. There is a bar in the hotel, and Golf No. 16 tastes good. Although the hotel is located close to the suburbs, it is adjacent to the main road and is still a bit noisy.

Arrived Boxing Day. Stayed for 4 nights. Issues from the get go. Receptionist tried to put 4 nights stat through as a contactless payment. Then shouted out for everybody behind us to hear that I had ‘exceeded my credit card limit’. No, you just can’t out over £500 through without using the pin. When we asked about shops, restaurants etc being open on Boxing Day proceeded to tell us that she had never been to the centre of Prague (10 minutes away) so had no information to give us! Just came across as couldn’t be bothered to talk to the hotel guests. There was then a party in the room next door went on until 7.20 in the morning. Security seemingly unable to resolve the issue. Receptionist attitude was that this was acceptable as they were checking out that day anyway. Yeah…I mean I paid for my family to sleep in a hotel for 4 nights but only got three nights sleeps. Seems totally acceptable, not. Breakfast spread is good but an absolute scrum. Never seen anything like it anywhere in the world. Went for a drink in the bar, conversation from staff was a total of 6 words. Similarly on check out the total conversation from the (different) receptionist was ‘everything is complete’. Hotel fails in some of the basic aspects of guest relations, being able to actually get some sleep and getting what you would for.

We were 6 for 3 nights on New 2023 Year eve. The hotel is modern design, reception was extremely slow (there were trainees) we waited 40 min for check-in of a group of 5 people before us. The spa zone didn't work (reconstruction according to them, hmm). The worst was one waitress (45-55 y.old) in the restaurant of the hotel where we had dinner. She didn't smile at all, asked ONE of our group for the order and walked away. When we called he, she returned, took an order from another one person and walked away. This style continued until we requested management to change the waitress, which was 20-30 y.old, polite and attentive until the end of the evening. The music in the resto was way loud as we were in the disco. We met similar behaviour of waitress of similar age in the first resto when we entered Czechia from Germany. I suspect that is the rudiments (I hope) of Moscovia's dominance and deformation of the people's attitude to each other.
