Hotel U Jezulatka

The first night we saw damp on the ceiling of the stairs and a large damp stain in the bathroom that made the room very ugly but we did not give it any importance. On the second night when we arrived at the hotel there was a short circuit due to a water fault from the upper floor. A lot of water was falling through the bathroom ceiling and there was no light in the room. As there is no receptionist from the evening. We started calling the emergency number, which they never picked up. We find it unpresentable that they do not pick up an "emergency" phone. So WE SPENT THE NIGHT IN THE DARK, WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO USE THE BATHROOM AND IN DANGER OF ELECTROCUTION OR SLIPPING ON THE FLOOR. The next morning we complained to the reception and the receptionist told us that that room had already caused problems. Absolute irresponsibility. During the day they fixed the fault and when we returned to the hotel we already had light and no water was falling, but the ceiling was missing a plaster plate that revealed all the cables and pipes, the bathroom and the floor of the room were very dirty and wet and they had rested their tools on our clean clothes that were on top of a bench and they had stained one of my partner's clothes. In addition, the BREAKFAST ROOM IS SO SMALL that only three rooms can have breakfast at the same time and the BREAKFAST IS SO LATE that you have to wait for the rest to finish to enter yourself and YOU LEAVE THE HOTEL VERY LATE IN THE MORNING. In the corridors they were completely full of cribs, folding beds, and other things which prevented access to fire extinguishers, A REAL PROBLEM IN CASE OF FIRE, especially if we add that THE EMERGENCY TELEPHONE IS NEVER ANSWERED. They promised to compensate us, not even with a night's stay, but with 50 €uros. WHICH HAS NEVER BEEN SENT. Absolute little shame and lie. AUTHENTIC HOTEL OF HORRORS.

Magnifique hôtel situé juste à côté du pont Charles sur l'île de Kampa côté calme du pont. Composé de 6 chambres, très spacieuses avec très grandes salles de bains. Très propre. Literie très agréable nous avons très bien dormi. Les chambres disposent d'un coffre, petits réfrigérateurs garnis. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel sucré et salé, avec possibilité d'avoir sur demande des omelettes, œufs brouillés.... Les propriétaires sont charmants et très arrangeants.
