A beautiful villa in a scenic and peaceful village. The rooms are clean, spacious and loved how the history of the villa was preserved in each room. It is a short walk/bus ride from two lovely beaches and many great, authentic restaurants. Giulio, Samuele and Gianluca were always so friendly and helpful throughout our trip :)

Just home from 5 days staying at this amazing hotel in Praiano which is a beautiful village in between Positano and Amalfi, could not fault it. The views, rooms, location, swimming pool and breakfast are fantastic but what really makes it so special is the staff, the owner Guilio was great, but Roberta for us was the star of the show, nothing was too much trouble for her from guiding us in to the hotel from the airport (which isn’t easy) to booking the best restaurants, bars, taxis and guidance, she was amazing! During the day we walked the ‘path of the gods’ from Praiano to Positano which was fantastic, took us 3 hours but so worth it with breathtaking views, Positano is a must, plus we visited Amalfi and Ravello. Our favourite restaurant was Kasai and Il Franchino locally, plus Il Pirata was great for drinks. The local bar ‘Bar Del Sole’ on the main road below the hotel was always a good spot to have a drink pre/post dinner. We loved everything, hopefully return one day!🇮🇹😎

We had 6 days here and loved it . First , so happy no to be in positano , a beautiful place but sadly now overrun with tourists. Priano is a quiet town with enough restaurants , etc for a visitor . Julio is the owner of the property , and is accommodating , gracious, and nice . Makes great eggs, too ! Roberta is the front desk/ concierge and is fun, friendly and helpful . She found us a nice ( separate review ) cooking class on the one rainy day at il PINO . Great fun. . The view is the best of anywhere we found in priano , and the pool is good for a lovely dip . Lots of loungers, too. Cute and quiet little 9 year old resident dog adds to the charm . Breakfast was really good, either in the garden, deck or atrium . Room was nice , and a comfortable bed , hard to get in Europe . We had a nice grassy sitting area of our own , with loungers , too . Good location , close to restaurants but you do have to be moderately fit , all of priano has a lot of stairs . No big deal to us and we are far from being super fit . Thankyou Julio and Roberta .

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Il Frantoio. The hotel and surroundings are absolutely beautiful. Everywhere is spotless and you can tell the owners take real pride in their B&B. Our room was lovely and the garden area overlooking the sea was just perfect. Giulio and the rest of the team couldn’t have been more helpful with recommendations and were wonderful hosts, plus their lovely little dog was an added bonus. There was a great selection for breakfast, again with the most incredible views. I could not fault our stay. We have not stopped talking about our trip since we left and are already planning to return. This place is truly a little piece of paradise on the Amalfi Coast - I could not recommend it more.

The villa was perfect. Be ready to walk up 200 steps whenever you go out but otherwise, the staff was super friendly and the room was clean and had a wonderful view. Shoutout to Roberta for making the stay easier with her tips.

They accommodated us by meeting us a little on the later side which was appreciated. The room was nice, fantastic view. Nothing too fancy, but comfortable. Nice breakfast spread. Just be warned there is a LOT of walking involved. 250+ steps down to the main town, and around 100 going back up to the upper taxi/parking area. It was fine for us, but some planning is needed with luggage. We only took our backpacks. Only complaint is one early morning, one of the other rooms must've been smoking, and the smell coming into our room was horrific and kept us from sleeping. Praiano is a nice little town, perfect jumping off point as it's centrally located between some of the best spots on the Amalfi coast. Recommended with caveats!

Location meravigliosa, curata nei minimi dettagli. Gentilezza e ospitalità favolosa. Camere pulitissime e sevizio colazione ottimo, arricchito anche da dolci locali buonissimi. Consigliatissimo a tutti coloro che vogliono visitare la costiera amalfitana ma anche per chi vuole godersi qualche giorno di puro relax! Punto di partenza ideale se si vuole effettuare il sentiero degli dei.

Tutto molto bene in questo b&b. In primis la affabilità e disoonibilità di proprietario e staff. Stanza ben allestita (anche se il televisore non funzionava correttamente). Bene la pulizia. Discreta la colazione (continentale). Problema grosso la distanza (obbligatoriamente a piedi) per raggiungerla. Per raggiungere il centro di Praiano e i ristoranti sono 200 scalini (e per chi non è allenato è dura, veramente dura). Per raggiungere, invece, mezzi pubblici o la propria auto almeno 50 scalini con un percorso non comodoper portare da soli i bagagli. La location merita ma valutate bene la distanza e gli scalini da percorrere per raggiungerla.
