Need to improve for cleanliness in the room and also mosquitoes protection. Resort renovation is recommended. Wifi router also broken.

Good location, right on the beach, just cross the road.
The hotel is quite old. The exterior decorations look old, but the interior of the room still looks good. The equipment works well. The air conditioner is cool.
I would like to deduct points for the service. I checked in at night. There were no towels in the room. I went to the front desk and waited quite a long time.

Some hotel staffs were helpful. The room key didn't work, so they came to open it for me. However, they asked for more towels at the pool, and said they would look into it, and then they disappeared. The hotel has a good location, right in front of the sea, but you have to cross the road. The room rate is not expensive. There is a buffet breakfast with a variety of choices. The shrimp congee had big shrimps. The banana pancakes were delicious. Everything tasted good. The room and the hotel looked a bit old. If they renovated, it would be much more worth staying. The pool was warm. Overall, it was worth the price.

Only good breakfast and sea view
Towels are not ready, toiletries such as tissues are not provided
Told to bring them but didn't come until evening, had to go and still made to wait
Did not prepare extra things
Called the technician to come and look at the TV but didn't come
Behind the room is a garden with piles of garbage bags, not nice to look at

The accommodation is quite old and the overall picture is not clean. And there was work using loud equipment until late at night until 10:00 p.m. I felt unimpressed and would not go back again. It's very bad.
