The room had been nicely renovated, and I enjoyed a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was also absolutely delicious.

The room was very clean and the facilities were modern. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city center, but considering the price, it offers excellent value for money.

The room size was decent. Basic toiletries were provided, but I'd still recommend bringing your own. It's conveniently located near the city center, and there's parking right outside. I really liked their hairdryer; it was very comfortable to use. I forgot to take any pictures.

good location, clean, good food, and nice staff. The floors and the walls are very thin. As family, we would book this hotel again next time we are in Prato.

All good, for a four star hotel the rooms are a bit so-so given the rooms and the price... little maintenance we had problems with the shower closing, and the bed was made a bit so-so, the rooms are not very soundproof (we could hear both the guy in front snoring and the one next to him talking) for the rest very friendly and helpful there is the possibility of parking in front of the hotel so very convenient and for work it is fine.

The rubbish among rubbish, don't go there, the service attitude is terrible, I clearly ordered breakfast, and showed the English order to the front desk, but they insisted that there was no breakfast, and they charged 16 euros for breakfast, which I finally got back with the help of Ctrip. The service staff changed three times throughout the whole process, and they were all extremely unfriendly!

A very nice hotel!! It is not in the center of Florence, it is in a small town nearby. It is 25 minutes by train from the Santa Maria Novella station. The only bad thing is that you cannot stay late in Florence because to get to the hotel, you have to cross a park that is very lonely. But if you are going with your family, it is really worth staying there. It is in front of the river with a spectacular view. I loved it and I would go back!!

The hotel corresponds to the declared stars. Minus - very hard mattress on the bed. Breakfast is European, the assortment includes pastries, cheeses, sausages. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the railway station. I recommend.

Without further ado, the hotel is super! In the morning we woke up, saw the mountains in the window - the view is gorgeous. It is much cheaper, compared to Florence. Getting to Prato, where the hotel is located, is easy and fast, about 20 minutes by train, which runs every 10-15 minutes. The hotel has everything you need, as well as an excellent breakfast. I recommend it to everyone, do not overpay for hotels in the center.
