No kettle in the room, air conditioner barely works, bedding basic. I would not give it more than 2 star status.

Check in was not good. Despite pre-paid the room, at check in they wanted to charge me again and worst of all at the room rate was double what I have booked. They only accepted I have prepaid when I managed to produce the evidence (print out of my booking). Eventually I was told they had mistaken me with another customer with the same name.
It was very uncomfortable experience. But to be fair, during the rest of my stay, the staffs were all very friendly.

The room facilities are complete, comfortable, warm, bright and clean. I didn't order breakfast, so I don't know how it is. It is close to Chinatown, and it is convenient for travel. There is also a supermarket nearby.

The environment is good and quiet. There is a COOP supermarket next to it. It is about a 12-minute walk from the train station. It takes about 20 minutes to take the train to Florence Train Station. There is a train every 20 minutes or so. If you don't care about the distance, this hotel is very cost-effective. I give it 4.8 points.
