Incredible staff, Irene in particular was so helpful. She even helped ship back a toy that was left behind. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and for all your help we would thoroughly recommend. The staff are brilliant, we cannot thank you enough.

By chance we booked last minute! Despite being a few years old, the hotel has a fantastic location with direct access to the slopes, excellent service and cuisine! Definitely coming back.

We've been coming for several years now, it's nice to meet some of the staff again, you feel like you're a family, always available for any request. The very comfortable structure is located on the slopes so you can return directly on your skis at any time.

The hotel offers very large common areas, which can also accommodate large groups. The reception is efficient, kind and ready to listen to customer requests. The rooms are comfortable, clean, spacious, warm. The restaurant offers good, plentiful and inviting cuisine, ready to satisfy personal needs (food intolerances, vegetarian and vegan diets). The Spa is beautiful, even if small, to take away the cold accumulated on the ski slopes, the inviting swimming pool with a glass window overlooking the external landscape. The position of the hotel allows, snow permitting, to reach the slopes directly with skis on and to return to the ski box in the same way. Beautiful terrace overlooking the slopes for a few moments of relaxation and tanning.

Arrivati in hotel per la settimana bianca conosciuti all arrivo una famiglia con cui abbiamo fatto tutto insieme cena, animazione, sci e relax. In hotel animazione eccellente con il capo Michele , e il suo staff composto da Denise,Momo e Kiwi.Abbiamo passato giornate e serate bellissime con animazione,balli di gruppo karaoke e gioco aperitivo. Un grazie di ❤️ a tutti voi alla prossima.
