The bathroom separating the bedrooms features a full bath with natural stone surrounds. The surrounding land is fully fenced for your adventure-bound dog. The front door has a large dog door for access to their playground. Perfectly situated with a 5 minute walk to 'Safeway' grocery store; 20 minute walk/4m drive to historic downtown, Whiskey Row & Courthouse Square and an 11 minute drive to Goldwater Lake up Senator Highway. If you have a sedan there is alternative parking provided down at street level. If you park at street level there are 20 stairs to walk up. If you park in the driveway, there are 7 stairs to walk up.
