I went for a break from home… 2 nights to get out of my house for the first time in 2 years.
I was told there was no room cleaning service available on check in day.
Then the room wasn’t serviced the second day. I couldn’t get into the room the 2nd day… there was a fault with the door that couldn’t be fixed. I wasn’t offered another room. After 45 minutes of back and fro’ing, I ended up just going home. I’ve never been so disappointed in my life.
There was no care or concern or empathy offered by the staff.
I’ve never experienced this at other quest appartments.
It wasn’t worth the $400

Front apartments are noisy as you can hear cars and people on the street. They need to spend money on better noise reduction and insulation. Room was nice and staff were friendly.

Clean room, comfortable bed, great shower, nice ensuite. Under car parking, is an extra.
Should have proper coffee machine, only plunger coffee bags 😝.

We had a 1 bdrm apartment..it was FANTASTIC..super spacious rooms including bathroom..very clean..we had our own yard..absolutely loved it..will be definitely coming back

3 of us enjoyed the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to plenty of restaurants and cafes too. It’s also very close to the wonderful Preston Markets which is great for fresh delicious foods, fruits and vegetables

Very modern 2 bedroom apartment. Well presented with 2 bathrooms and everything we needed including a fully equipped laundry in the apartment. Staff were helpful and went above and beyond to help us with our after hours arrival. Such a beautiful motel
