Jeanette and Wynand were fantastic host. Very friendly and engaging. Osborne Guest House is in a wonderful tree lined street and close to all amenities. We will definitly stay there next time we are in Pretoria.

We enjoyed our stay with Jeannette and Wynand. They are lovely hosts and made us feel at home in Pretoria. The house and garden is beautifull, and very well looked after. The guesthouse has a artistic, peacefull atmosphere. We are looking forward to stay at Osborne Guest House again.

Excellent value for money, with the extra touch of special treatment and care of my hosts. It ticked all the boxes, from the moment I stepped into the house, I felt at home, leaving me with good memories of a special place in the most lovely area of Brooklyn, Pretoria. I'll definitely visit Osborne House again and again.

A beautiful, comfortable old home in Pretoria. Lovely hosts who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I will definitely be back. Nice pool and outdoor area to have a glass of wine in the evening

This stunning 1904 property has history oozing out of every corner. Jeanette and Wynand our hosts looked after us superbly. Set in a secure, quiet, location within easy reach of shops and main routes by car. All the usual facilities you expect were provided without detracting from the character of the property.

The owners and staff were lovely and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable during my stay. The room was large and spacious and the pool area was a lovely place to sit and work. The breakfast was very nice .

Friendly hosts, comfortable room and perfect breakfast. 3 minutes by car to Hatfield train station and 6-8 minutes to highway 4. Very good value for the money. With no hesitation, I would recommend Osborne GBH

Jeanette and Wynand are wonderful hosts. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The heritage house is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the gardens make for a peaceful and tranquil setting. I went for morning runs in the safe and quiet neighbourhood and enjoyed their personal touch every morning with my breakfast. I will definitely be back - it will become my place to stay should I need to work in or visit Pretoria again!

TV not working. No Satellite TV or air-condition in room as advertised. Bathroom filthy with Mould and spider webs all over the walls. White silicone round bath black with Mould and so was shower mat. No hot water on the Saturday afternoon or evening. Half used/empty toilet rolls provided (even spare rolls half used in dirty basket under basin. No toilet spray provided. Bath towels provided threadbare and old - one with holes and tears, and other about to tear in places. Had to move fridge away to get to plug to boil kettle and desk away to use plug for hairdryer. Couch provided in room in need of a good wash and clean. Owner blamed shortage of staff for the state of towels and dirty bathroom which is unacceptable, when i complained. Did not have breakfast that was included in price due to uncleaniness of room and was worried about hygiene kitchen.
