My cleaners are not expected to do this type of pet clean up. Pool/Jacuzzi: pool heated to 88°. Jacuzzi can be set at desired temperature. For requests of higher than 88° for pool temperature, an extra charge of $75per day will be assessed. Maximum early check-in is two hours at 2 PM. Maximum late check out is 10AM. Early checkin must be requested and may not be available depending previously booked reservations. You must request extra amenities 5 days before arrival at 7pm when you receive the pre-checkin message. Requesting early check-in may or may not be available, although this amenity can be granted, it can also be changed depending on the booked reservations before it and after it. WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? This home has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? Yes, If you would like the pool to be heated to 88 degrees. Please let me know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation. IS A GOLF CART AVAILABLE? No golf cart currently. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines. We also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc… so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange it where you like and they are easy to connect to! Absolutely no outside music past 10PM. Only low decibel, no amplified speakers. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets. PLEASE NO SPEEDING! When entering the vicinity, you must obey the speed limit at all times. This is very important! You could receive a fine starting at $250-$5000 that will be deducted from the damage deposit. Please absolutely no street parking whatsoever. A $750 fine will be assessed for parking on the street overnight. You must park inside the garage or the driveway only. -Mail and Package Delivery Policy Please note that guests will not have access to the property’s mailbox, and direct mail deliveries are not permitted. For any Amazon orders or other package deliveries, please utilize the nearest pickup location instead. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines. Terra Lago is a wonderful community and we kindly ask guests to follow these rules. If you see an issue with this, we request you choose another property. Violation of our House Rules or our gated communities rules will result in all guests being asked to vacate the premises immediately. The booking will be canceled with no refund. PARKING LIMIT: The HOA does not allow street parking in the community. As such we cannot accommodate more than 2 vehicles. Street Parking will result in a fine of at least $200 which guests will be liable for and you are at risk of being towed. NO 3RD PARTY BOOKINGS: Whoever books the property needs to be staying on the property, you can not book for another party. 3rd party bookings will be ask the leave the property with no refund. NOISE: Parties & Events are strictly prohibited. Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM. OCCUPANCY: If you exceed the maximum occupancy, the reservation will be canceled without refund. At which time you will be trespassing and agree to vacate the premises. If you do not leave the property, the police can and will be called to assist with removal for trespassing. The total number of guests includes children. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not permitted inside the property. No smoking is allowed on the premises, inside or outside. A $300 fine will be imposed if caught LAKE RULES: Fishing, swimming & watercraft usage are prohibited in the lake. Anyone caught swimming in the lake (including pets) will be fined. POOL RULES: Please do not have glass around the pool. Any broken glass inside the pool will require complete drainage of the pool to remove the glass pieces.The pool is not deep enough for jumping or diving. You will injure yourself. PETS: Pets are allowed for a fee however, we kindly request that they are kept off of the beds and sofa. If pet hair is found on the beds, there will be a $150 fine per bed where hair is detected for additional cleaning. HOME CARE: Please take care of the property as you would your own. Please do not wear shoes upstairs and leave the furniture, decor etc the way it was originally found. $100 fine for any lost or unreturned remotes. Please keep them in their place.
