Half a block from the beach, our home offers incredible amenities. Outdoors you will find a heated pool with a Dakota waterfall, a hot tub, bbq grill, fire pit, loungers, and outdoor shower. We have two balconies and a hammock. The fun doesn’t stop there. Inside the house is extremely spacious and includes a game room, living room with an oversized couch, huge dining table, several secluded hangout areas throughout the house and 3 big screen TVs. Permit#2015-890603Rules- No smoking inside the house- The guest will be responsible for any fines or citations due to violation of city rules- Please close outdoor umbrellas when not using, so they are not blown away by the wind- Neighborhood quiet hours are from 11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday, midnight-7am Friday-Saturday- Video surveillance outside of the house, there are no cameras inside- Pets are welcome, but they must be potty trained and any accidents must be immediately cleaned as this could leave a permanent stain and/or smell in the house.
