The buildings and gardens are fine, the pool is quite big, the view lovely. The staff were mostly helpful. Procida is beautiful. But: The hotel is on top of the island, meaning the walk down (and back up) to and from «everything» is a struggle. It rained for three ful days, so almost everything was closed. No restaurant in the hotel, so we had to walk down every night to eat at the few open ferryside restaurants, mostly awful. The breakfast buffet was fine, but when I nipped down and collected us two wake-up coffees before breakfast, they put them on our bill! Finally: Be aware that it is much quicker to schlep your suitcases down to the ferry yourself. The little 3-wheeled taxis take forever to arrive, and they drive you around half the island to get around the pedestrians-only town centre. And cost us 40 euros. Not worth it, walk down if you can. The island itself is beautiful.
