It’s our first time visiting Turks & Caicos. Based on previous reviews I chose this resort & was not disappointed! Friendly staff & people, spot clean room & property, very quiet, nice ocean front room.. We will stay here again if or when we come back.

Clean resort that was well kept with lush gardens on a great stretch of beach. The one restaurant on site had really good food and did a great job off offering a variety of daily options.

We had great time at RWI. In walking distance to a multitude of dining options and a short bike away from the grocery story. Great diving shop next door at Club Med. We found this low-key, clean and quiet resort a perfect place for a week-long vacation.

Two room suite had great space and we loved having the full kitchen. Restaurant/bar was good and the distance to the beach was great. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Extra shoutout to Sherman!

First, the pros of the stay: - The location is about 15 minute walk from the downtown area - The beach area is right next to the resort - The landscaping and grounds are very pretty - Access to bikes (albeit they are old) was nice - Jessica at the front desk and concierge area was incredibly nice and accommodating - Matt-Lee at breakfast every morning made our day and was very attentive and very friendly Now onto the cons: - there is only one restaurant and the service there (and at the bar) is VERY slow, super unfriendly, and the food is sub-par - the employees that are supposed to help with towels and beach chairs on the beach were very rude and unhelpful each day - there is no room service at all - the resort offers no shuttle into town - the pools (2) are very small with limited area to swim or sit/lay by the pool - the “adult” pool is supposed to be a “quiet” pool where many rooms are surrounding this area. No one monitors the area and kids are often shouting and screaming and it is NOT quiet. If you actually complained, the resort would send someone but it would resume only moments later. This affects all the rooms staying in that area. - there is no drink service or food service on the beach offered by the resort, nor is there service for the same around the pool areas - our room was old & outdated, & smelled like mildew every time the AC was turned on

We stayed here for a week in December, in ocean view studio #334. The view was pretty and the staff were friendly everywhere we went (front desk, restaurant, cleaning crew, etc). Sherman was especially great and showed us to our room at check-in. It was never too crowded to find an umbrella with lounge chairs on the beautiful white sand beach, and the clear turquoise ocean was amazing. The fish and chips dinner at the Pelican restaurant there was delicious, as were the bbq ribs. It was nice to have a washer and dryer inside the unit, and they provided the first box of detergent. Parking was free. There were not too many kids at this hotel, so it was a little quieter there. Would definitely return.

resort was well kept and plenty of beach chairs and umbrella's. Best happy hour on island. The negatives had to do with the other quests. Smell of cigarette smoke while out on patio and being woken 10 pm due to others playing loud music near hot tub

Resort on the quiet end of beach removed from crazy crowds but close enough to walk to the action if you wanted. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar was very good and actually kept us at the resort most days. highly recommended

We returned this year second time and we were happy that we did it. It's cozy, quiet and staff very friendly
