IMPORTANT: Twelve Palms Villa can be rented as a two- or three-bedroom villa. We do charge an additional guest fee for each guest greater than 4. If you are booking for 4 or fewer guests and need the use of the third bedroom, please advise prior to booking as we do charge the extra fee of $260 per night for the use of the third bedroom regardless of the number of guests. Inside-Main Level: The villa features an open-plan design, with a large main-floor sitting area and adjacent dining space.
