Lovely hillside location with beautiful views. Restaurant had a very nice selection and food was great. Breakfast instead was quite average. The hotel is fairly old so rooms are quite dated, but we enjoyed the stay nonetheless.

The structure needs maintenance which is not carried out. We had a superior room but it was actually part of two adjoining rooms divided by a sliding door so you could hear everything. Cleaning needs to be reviewed more carefully, we found intimate objects that were not ours in the wardrobe. Poor breakfast with little choice and not of quality. Little attention to enforcing the anti-covid rules (long mask closed).

Bel posto immerso nella natura , camere molto belle e spaziose con una bella vista sulla valle e vasca idromassaggio. Molto carina la piazzetta del "borgo" dov'è anche la zona ristorante / colazione. Piscina abbastanza ampia, lettini comodi. Da migliorare tanto: - pulizie in camera - personale non all'altezza sia della sala colazione che in piscina , a volte per un bel po di tempo inesistente - erba giardini non troppo curati

Det var ett fint ställe, men priset var högre jämfört med andra med samma standard som vi besökt. Maten på restaurangen var inte något speciellt och en hel del saker tog slut vid frukosten innan stängning. Personalen i receptionen och i poolbaren var trevliga. Vi hade problem med vår AC, men det ordnades snabbt av en man som kom till rummet och slog igång den manuellt. Men priset borde vara lägre på denna typ av ställe.

l'unica cosa bella è stata la location. il personale era inesperto e non professionale: la cameriera serviva le portate con i capelli sciolti. il vino della cena era caldo, la pizza fredda e per una cerimonia l'aperitivo non è stato nemmeno riportato dicendo che il personale addetto era andato via. Il ripasso del cibo è stato effettuato solo con due fette di pizza e due olive fritte ogni tavolo...sono molto delusa e non ci tornerei

Hotel in posizione splendida. Buona ristorazione (ad eccezione della colazione che è davvero di basso livello). Camere francamente non all’altezza delle 4 stelle (estremamente rumorose). Bellissima la piscina. La gentilezza del personale è il vero plus della struttura.

Non ci torneremo mai più. Dalla location ci si aspetta cibo e servizio di qualità invece sono caratteristiche che questo posto non possiede. Il cibo molto al di sotto delle aspettative, piatti arrivati al tavolo freddi e in tempi diversi, per di più di bassa qualità. Personale per niente professionale, scortese e inesperto. Sconsigliatissimo.
