Lefay Resort & Spa Lago di Garda

We had the most wonderful stay at Lefay. Everything was excellent. We appreciated the welcome drink after a long drive. The rooms were spacious with a balcony that had the most wonderful view. We loved the pool and pool bar. Breakfast was excellent. The spa experience was very good - you could wear your robe all around the resort. Parking was free and easy in the attached garage. All around a wonderful stay with excellent service. We will be back!

Very relaxing experience and great atmosphere. Hotel location and facilities were amazing. Especially Spa with multiple saunas and pools was absolutely enjoyable. Italian food was delicious and staff was really friendly. One little thing was missing, though. Theme of our trip was to celebrate travel companion’s 160 yo anniversary (70, 50 and 40 yo birthdy this year). We had informed about the theme of our trip to the Hotel beforehand by email and in some way we thought small gesture, a card, fruit plate or even kind words would have been a nice touch, to grace this but that didn’t happen. When you are celebrating something, Hotels usually Like to honour event in some small nice gestures, so it feels a bit unusual that something this remarkable was left without attention, especially when Lefay is a a 5 start Resort with really high rates. This is itself as a small thing, but in someway was really surprised, because this has never happen to us before and felt Like something was missing. As a whole Resort was great and Hopefully we can experince other Lefay Resorts as well.

This spa resort is located in the hills of Lake Garda about 45 min from the charming town Salò’. The views from the resort are out of this world. With a first class spa and infinity pools that will leave you breathless. Don’t miss the amazing dining experiences the resort has to offer. We did olive oil tasting and visited a local lemon cello little place. It was really special. This resort is amazing. Book it!!!!

We had a view on the lake from our room. Located on the ground floor, so you could walk barefoot to the garden and enjoy stunning view. We have ordered the programms. Each of us different one. The personnel is knowledgable, focused to make the time you spend there magical. The treatments quality was amazing. The gua sha massage of face and body, accupuncture, face treatments or even a manicure we done with an attentiojn to details and our comfort. We worked out the food options with the doctor and chef (yeah, some allergies to consider) which tell you how far they go in the personalization of your stay. Feelling a bit uncomfortable sharing so positive review as I would love to keep this place nice and quiet ;-)

We visited Lefay Resort for seven nights, We had previously stayed at Lefay Dolomiti last year and we wanted to experience their other resort as we had a wonderful time at Dolomiti. Unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience here, We had booked a room with “Full Breakfast” and opted to have breakfast in the room on a number of occasions. There is a service charge for breakfast in the room, however we where also charged individually for the items we had, and told we only had a $35 credit per guest for breakfast, however this was not the case when staying at Lefay Dolomiti when we had also booked a room with “Full Breakfast. However if we went to the restaurant for breakfast, We could have as much food, drink and coffee as we liked, but choosing breakfast in the room meant we where charged individually per item, On most occasions we didn’t receive the items we had requested, and the food was cold however we understood Full Breakfast meant everything was included. We found the service and staff here very disappointing, We were not made to feel as welcomed as when we stayed at the Dolomiti resort and we found the staff here, specifically reception very unhelpful. I will be complaining directly to the booking agent as no where in the booking information or hotel information where we told it was only $35 credit if eating breakfast in the room, but unlimited in the restaurant and this was never communicated to us when checking in. We would not visit again and our holiday has been ruined by the staff here. We will be going back to England with a bad taste.

We went there for our Valentines weekend. The spa and the rooms are exceptional. The service 10/10, amazing staff. The view - stunning ! Breakfast was good. I wouldn’t go there for food tbh. We had lunch, my tuna salad was underwhelming. But everything else was great, highly recommend this place for a spa weekend.
