La posada donde nos hemos alojado es un lugar realmente acogedor, con un ambiente cálido y familiar que invita a sentirse como en casa desde el primer momento. Cada rincón está cuidado con detalle, transmitiendo paz y comodidad. La dueña es una anfitriona excepcional: atenta, cercana y siempre pendiente de que no falte nada. Experiencia nefasta, a pesar de ya estar pagado imposible reservar, cada vez que hemos llamado nos ha dicho que ya no hacia reservas, cdo hemos conseguido reservar lo ha cancelado en el mismo día, en la última reserva ya estando allí el trato ha sido horrible incluso con faltas de respeto por lo que hemos decidido marcharnos y dar por perdida la consumición por no estar dispuestos a aguantar esa falta de respeto, falta de profesionalidad total y trato intolerable

Nefasto trato. No pagar nada x anticipado. Dos veces facilitada reserva y dos veces anulada 10 minutos antes estando ya en la localidad. A la tercera nos hemos dado la vuelta sin hacer uso. La falta de respeto, educación y profesionalidad es una verguenza para la buena labor del resto de hosteleros cántabros.

Hemos estado el fin de semana pasado, Inma encantadora, todo el tiempo dispuesta a ayudarnos ,sólo pudimos alojarnos una noche porque estaba todo reservado.Sin duda cuando volvamos reservaremos nuevamente

Hotel rural a las afueras de solares con aparcamiento delante del hotel. El hotel es bonito y la atención muy cercana, las instalaciones están bien. Lugar apropiado para quedarse a dormir y conocer la zona. Como detalles negativos los colchones son normalitos y la limpieza en la habitación.
