Beautiful location, lovely property finished with a local stone and marble, we love the decor and furnishings. The property looks much, much better than on the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised and I am in real estate/ interior design and I am pretty particular about the details. We were greeted at the parking and our bags were transported to the hotel with a golf cart. Friendly staff. The private beach for the guests is fabulous, with sun beds, parasols and a beach bar. We had a fantastic stay. The hotel's owner is planning to upgrade the beach area in the future, too, so surely we will be back.

A lovely hotel with comfortable, clean rooms and an amazing breakfast. You can also expect fantastic service. I recommend doing a day boat trip, which the hotel can arrange. There are a couple of beaches that belong to the hotel with lifeguards on duty as well as a swimming pool and two restaurants on site. We have really enjoyed our time there.

We spent 4 wonderful days at the hotel. The location is unbeatable, an oasis of peace. We have not tried the restaurant for dinner, but breakfast was great (tea pots available for tea lovers, tasty cappuccino and very nice scrumbled eggs) with terrific sea view and great service and attention each morning. The personnel has been all extremely kind, from the receptionist to the cleaning ladies to Roberto - all have given great tips to visit the island and make the most out of our stay. The furniture may not be the most modern, but it was very clean and our experience has been great so we will definitely recommend our friends. Thanks a lot!!!

We were staying on the island in an apartment but booked up come here to use the facilities. As part of the booking it was a requirement to eat in their restaurant. Service was extremely slow and it took 10 minutes to get a drinks order. We both decided to order a burger which took about 30 minutes to arrive. When they arrived I looked inside the bun as the burger looked like one that you would buy frozen from a supermarket. The burger was cold in the middle and not fully cooked. Both burgers were taken away and returned still cold. In view of the poor quality meat neither of us wanted to get I’ll from eating the uncooked meat. We went back to reception and the member of staff wasn’t apologetic at all for our situation and blamed the situation on us so we decided to leave. I asked for the booking fee to be refunded as we had only been there a couple of hours and they refused. They also charged us for the drinks we had. Terrible food and service. Stay away!

We (family with two teenage children) stayed at Cala lungs for 5nights. On arrival Roberto and Alberto couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful which continued throughout our stay. We had the most wonderful experience at this resort due to its unbelievable location, the 5 star resort quality, and the top class resort staff. This was an exceptional experience all round and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The breakfast was outstanding!

Firstly the room didn’t look like the prestige room I’d seen or booked on their website,no mini bar which was stated,no mirror either in the room ….weird!!when I asked about this I felt fobbed off. We didn’t enjoy the food,it was cold on several occasions,prawns served with the black bit in the back, not really expected from a pricey hotel like this,also a basic rule that a chef should know about prawns We ordered drinks which were unavailable as the hotel was closing down for the winter so not a lot of stock. Also very angry when we found out we’d paid over the odds for the taxi,the driver told us it’s normally €300 return,we paid the hotel €440 ….very dissatisfied,disappointed and upset,it’s been 4 years since we had a holiday,we paid well over the top for this!! Also kept having to go down and get Wi-Fi code as it kept going off. On the upside the restaurant staff were nice and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you.

Stayed 3 nights in July 2022, in Prestige Sea View Rooms. Although the 2 rooms was a bit on the small side, they had Great views and was with new and fresh interior and bathrooms. Service was excellent, with the Manager Roberto being very attentive and accommodating. The hotel has a lot of good atmosphere, and combined with its unique position at the northern tip of La Maddalena, we are going to return. The Pool and private beach area, has a intimate yet spacious setting, and is a really unique asset of this hotel.

Cala Lunga hotel is located within a national park.. Nature and sea lovers would be very happy here.. you can hike behind the hotel until Punto Marginetto and Marina Capo Ferrari .... amazing views and nature in early June.. Hotel has just opened season, thats why it was not crowded.. Hotel has 3 private beaches and lots of place around pool... I enjoyed my stay... with half board you can eat at Terrace restaurant, it has nice view and food was good. I could eat seafood every night... They have fresh fish every day.. Breakfast menu is rich. Hotel rooms have everything you need. I appreciated mosquito repeller tablets in the room...People at the Reception are very helpful and nice people..Thank you for your kind guidance about island.
