Heaven on earth! We celebrated my daughter’s wedding and all the guests were taken aback by the amazing views, elegant furnishings and warm service. The property and the rooms are immaculate and the service is outstanding. I hope to get back soon

My wife an I stayed here for 3 nights in Sept. and had one of the best stays of our life. I would expect this level of hotel at 2x price. Who's it for: Couples or people looking to relax, soak in views and unwind. When you arrive, you'll feel instantly disconnected from whatever busyness you are trying to leave behind. Pros: - You cannot beat the view or setting. Hilltop and stunning - Exceptional team. Everyone we met was kind, welcoming and helpful. - Beautiful! You just aren't going to beat this location. It's out of a movie. - Breakfast was included in our stay and was delicious Cons: - Not much honestly. I think the dinner service could be a little more organized, lunch menu could offer some additional options and the walking paths are more like a steep road. All tiny details compared to the pros. Tip: If you're able to, book the presidential suite. It is a full 3 minute walk down a path from the main hotel and incredibly private with your own private driveway and parking overlooking an old church. The suite is huge, has a steam shower and bath that double as your own spa and honestly feels like your own home.

The garden is why you should come! The food left a lot more to hope for. To ambitious chef and far too little food on the plates. Very disappointing meny when you visit Umbria and don´t get food Italian style. The meny have far too few options with vegetables. This was a real disappointment for us as foodies. At dinner the bartender could not make a Mojito, he put Rosemary in my drink. Breakfast is better but not great. Prepare yourself for a rough road up the hill to the hotel. Don´t come with a car that can´t take slopes and bad roads. Excellent service and very kind personel. Very quiet place, very quiet! The view is spectacular and the room is nice, not for people who have problem walking. Steps everywhere. No cutlery and plates in the kitchen in the room if you would like to shop something in the market and bing home to snack on. AC is not working in the bedroom and we had 34C in July. The pool area is very private and quiet. The pool meny is fresh byt not five-star. This hotel has a bit to go to be a five-star experience. The potential is there!

We cannot say enough about our stay at this beautiful property. The accommodations were over the top. Large villa with separate living area, spacious bedroom as well as bathroom with large shower. We had planned to tour the area and take in some wine tours and sites but really didn't want to leave. The grounds are expansive and gorgeous with spectacular views from everywhere. The pool and area are top notch with food and drinks available pool side. 5 star dining every night, great wine and breakfasts were fresh with tons of choice. I would highly recommend anyone wanting time to relax and enjoy a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of all other tourist areas of Italy to come here and be spoiled.

We stayed in this marvelous structure on the weekend of 3/4 December 2022, we stayed in the presidential suite, a wonderful room with a private spa, very clean, brand new, very fragrant with attention to every detail. We had dinner at the restaurant and here too a lot of quality in every single dish, the structure is surrounded by greenery, cared for down to the centimetre, in short, any word is an understatement, I recommend everyone to go there as I will definitely be back. The place is wonderful in every detail, surrounded by greenery, with a view that leaves you speechless and makes you forget the stress of everyday life. Appena rientrati da un fine settimana in questa splendida location dove la natura è l'attrazione principale attorno alla quale ruotano servizi, cortesia, professionalità ai massimi livelli. Abbiamo trovato tutto perfetto: una suite ampia e luminosa, arredata con gusto ma non sfarzosa e dotata di tutto ciò che può servire per un piacevolissimo soggiorno, una spa privata a disposizione su prenotazione con una fantastica vista sul verde, una sala ristorante curatissima e affacciata sull'esterno dove consumare ottime e abbondanti colazioni (vasta scelta di buffet dolce e salato oltre a varie altre proposte alla carta) e cene romantiche con luci soffuse a base di piatti raffinati preparati con materie prime di qualità prodotte in loco o comunque del territorio. Tutto il giovane staff è all'altezza della situazione e per tutto il soggiorno ti senti seguito e coccolato, dalla reception all'arrivo con il minitour di presentazione della struttura, nella spa/centro benessere dove le ragazze sono molto brave ed empatiche. Anche al ristorante nel giorno del mio compleanno ho ricevuto la gradita, inattesa e discreta sorpresa degli auguri con il dolce accompagnato da una candelina. Attenzione all'ambiente (totale assenza di plastica ed utilizzo di materiali riciclati) e cura dei dettagli fanno di questa struttura un luogo magico dove si è immersi nella bellezza e nel silenzio. Valore aggiunto, almeno per noi, il fatto che sia anche pet-friendly. Purtroppo non siamo stati fortunati con il tempo che è stato prevalentemente piovoso, ci ripromettiamo quindi di tornare nella bella stagione per poter visitare l'azienda agricola e percorrere i sentieri all'interno della tenuta lungo i quali ci è stato detto è facile incontrare anche fauna selvatica. Noi abbiamo già comunque visto leprotti correre nel prato! In conclusione, voto 5 stelle ma solo perché non è possibile darne di più!
