Stayed here for a week and a half while working on a project. Nice spacious rooms, nice kitchen area (utensils a bit limited) and big bright windows. Good controllable AC in my room with comfy bed, breakfast included had reasonable food variety and all the staff were always friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Couple notes, English with the staff was somewhat limited, but they always tried their best, while the small pool was nice, there was no shade and you can burn in a few minutes, be careful. Other tips, lots of restaurants are an easy few minute walk away. Minimart next door has bottled water and other supplies. Take an address card from the front desk, it is a bit hard to explain to taxi drivers, or just tell them to take you to Restaurants Botanico or Aviator a block away and known by everyone. One really good restaurant is Pascalini for delicious inexpensive lunches, I ate there 4 times. Good tip for going to the next parallel streets, (and other nice restaurants) is they are all connected by a series of parks and passageways saving time with very pleasant shady walking. The whole neighborhood feels pretty safe for walking around.

EXCELLENT RATING- - I was impressed with the entire staff’s service and attention to every detail! Very pleasant , friendly, and efficient service. The hotel is well designed, new, clean contemporary. They have conference rooms that can be used for business meetings and print services which comes in handy. Great rooftop pool to relax. Located in the safe neighborhood of Equipetrol, walking distance to great restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, banks, etc. Best choice for a pleasant stay in Santa Cruz!!

Unos apartamentos increíbles. Muy espaciosos y muy cómodos. El precio también muy bueno y con la humedad que hay en Santa Cruz. Se agradece muchísimo que tengan piscina. El desayuno y el gimnasio también muy buenos y el personal muy amable y atento

Servicio excepcional en todo nivel!!!! Hotel super limpio y prolijo, desayuno completo, con variadas opciones de fruta, jugos naturales y cereales. Atención cordialisima de todo el personal, un trato casi familiar!!! Ubicación privilegiada en el pleno centro de Equipetrol!!!!

El apartamento es amplio y bien cuidado, tiene todos los servicios básicos que describe. Algo que me gusto mucho es que esta bien ubicado, cerca a muchos restaurantes y centros comerciales. Además el lugar es muy seguro. El hotel está abierto las 24 horas y el personal es muy amable.

Súper recomendable, la hospitalidad de la funcionarios y el buen servicio hacen que La estadía sea excelente, realmente impecable, tanto el personal como el gerente 100 puntos, el desayuno muy bueno, bastante surtido para todo gusto, la zona donde está ubicado el hotel bastante céntrica, donde hay bastantes restaurantes, en zona residencial, realmente muy impecable.

No los visitaba desde 2018 (pre pandemia). Me sorprendió que en esta ocasión abrieron un nuevo aparthotel a pocos metros de su antigua ubicación, logrando conservar uno de sus principales atractivos, como es estar en Equipetrol, zona donde converge la mejor zona comercial, negocios y gastronomía de Santa Cruz. Aparte de disfrutar unas instalaciones prácticamente nuevas, me cautivó el apartamento de 2 comodas habitaciones + living +cocina equipada, comedor, todos los ambientes con aire acondicionado, servicio diario de limpieza, siendo este espacio ideal para la estadía mía y de mi familia. Tuvimos también, la oportunidad de disfrutar de la piscina en la terraza con excelente vista a Sta Cruz. Mis niñas jugaron en un cómodo salón de video juegos. En mi caso, viajaba desde Venezuela, y desde el hotel coordinaron, coordinaron nuestra búsqueda al aeropuerto ViruViru en un vehículo amplio y a un precio más que razonable, encargándose ellos del pago, lo que facilitó y aportó tranquilidad a la hora de nuestra llegada. Por todas estas comodidades, el costo me pareció muy razonable, aunado al variado y suculento desayuno donde sirven platillos típicos e internacionales que estaba incluido en el precio. Por encima de todo lo anteriormente mencionado, la calidad de atención y servicio, fue excepcional, desde el personal de recepción, camareras, comedor, todos se comportaron a la altura, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Amigos de Premium Suites, les deseo todo lo mejor! 100% recomendado Sigan así
