"The ladies at the front desk provided excellent service, and we even received coffee vouchers upon check-in, which was a thoughtful gesture even though we didn't use them. They greeted us politely every time we entered and exited. The room was very quiet; despite being by the road, I didn't hear any noise at all. When we extended our stay, the housekeeping auntie neatly arranged the duvet and even folded my pajamas, which, while standard, is something I haven't experienced in a long time. It really shows how meticulous the management is. I hope they can maintain this level of service. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Pu'er."

Their attention to detail is outstanding; they even provide mouthwash and disposable toilet seat covers. Breakfast is also plentiful and excellent. I truly wish they'd open locations in other cities. From now on, this will be my go-to hotel when I travel."

The authentic Pu'er rice noodles had generous toppings, rich broth, and were so good I had them two days in a row without getting tired of them. There were also freshly grilled steaks, pork chops, and bacon, along with hot dishes, congee, pastries, and fresh fruits – catering to both Chinese and Western preferences. I left feeling completely satisfied. The ingredients were carefully selected, and the flavors were spot on – the perfect way to start a beautiful day! **The morning at Meizi Lake was breathtakingly beautiful** 🌫️ Staying by the lake is pure bliss! Opening the window in the morning, Meizi Lake was enveloped in a thin mist, like a flowing ink wash painting. The lake water was emerald green and clear, reflecting the green mountains and blue sky, with golden sunlight piercing through the morning fog. Walking along the 4-kilometer wooden boardwalk by the lake, the air was filled with the fragrance of tea and fresh vegetation, creating a tranquil and healing atmosphere. Every step was a scenic view, and every casual shot looked like a professional photograph. The hotel service was attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the electric carts were readily available on call, which was very convenient. Overall, the experience was perfect. This is my top choice for a Pu'er vacation, and I will definitely come again!"

"We stayed at the Little Panda Manor with our elderly parents and children. The individual wooden cabins are very unique and blend perfectly with nature. During breakfast, we saw little pandas roaming around the restaurant, which made the kids incredibly happy. The staff even thoughtfully alerted us when the pandas were out! It's also super convenient to get to Sun River Forest Park. There are many experiential activities, definitely worth bringing the kids to! Xiao Yu provided excellent and enthusiastic service!!!"

"The guesthouse has a rustic overall style and lush greenery in the courtyard, but the rooms are a bit small, making the facilities cramped. Cleanliness is acceptable. My biggest complaint was that there was construction going on outside our room. The owner didn't mention it during check-in, and even after I contacted them via WeChat about the construction affecting my rest, they completely ignored me. The photos on the website showed the curtains drawn, which I didn't think much of at the time, as the reviews were good. This is unethical of the business; they were clearly deliberately concealing this issue. Previously, the owner would have mentioned this or noted it on the website, so guests who were bothered by it wouldn't have booked there."
