家鄉近年新開的比較好的酒店，地處商業中心，交通方便，停車也很方便！連鎖酒店的管理比較正規，晚上酒店門口很熱鬧，春節期間更是如此

🎈最近因為商務出差入住了星程酒店，體驗感真的超棒，必須來給大家分享一下。
🌟酒店位置絕佳，交通非常便利，無論是去附近的商務區還是車站都很方便，節省了不少時間。
🛏房間佈置得很温馨舒適，床品乾淨整潔，躺上去一天的疲憊感瞬間消失。而且隔音效果好，晚上能睡個好覺。
🧼衞生方面也沒得説，每個角落都一塵不染。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品齊全且品質不錯。
💁♂️酒店的服務更是值得稱讚，前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住和退房都很迅速。有什麼問題都能及時幫忙解決。

在這裏入住了三天
第一天和第二天入住洗澡水温熱，洗個頭發都是涼的，直接放棄最後在水龍頭洗的頭髮，我是一個不太喜歡麻煩別人的人，我也沒説這個事，這些我都不生氣。
我一次性訂的兩天房，衹給我刷了一天的房卡，第二天晚上回來12點多了，刷不開房門，到這裏我也覺得沒什麼，就讓我老公下去刷了一下房卡，結果結果，在我老公喝多的情況引導他辦理華住會的會員，他上來給我説房費160元，他連自己付了會員錢都不知道，第二天我要求退卡，前台一個男的給我説退不了，引導醉酒客人花了99辦理的會員，我退不了？？？最後在我一直追問的情況下，一副很不耐煩的説給我退
我第三天續住，我實話實説我沒注意，訂錯了房型，還是這個男的直接給我説，要給我換房，我還沒來的及説我定錯了，就給我説我今天要換房，我一下子氣就來了，換房就換房，我不嫌棄麻煩，這什麼態度……一點的商量的餘地都沒有，我可以取消重新訂啊。差10幾塊錢！
最後他們的店總出面解決幫我免費升級，我説不用，最後還是升級了。。。真的是很生氣很生氣。什麼服務態度……

酒店總體感覺不錯！位置優越，出行方便。酒店外觀大氣，房間乾淨整潔，衞生狀況也不錯，設施齊全。酒店的早餐品類不錯，不敢説豐富多樣，但都很可口，餐廳服務人員很熱情。地下停車場很好，免費停車位，酒店專用電梯直達，很方便。
唯一遺憾的是此時段的房間略感有點冷，因空調不制熱打電話諮詢前台服務人員，令人吃驚和苦笑不得的是前台服務人員的答覆是：“温度應該還行吧，我們並沒有感覺到冷🥶”，諮詢結果當然也就不了了之，可見酒店個別員工的服務態度和資質有待提高改進。尤其是頻發私信要求客人給予“五星好評”，理由是“有任務”，這樣不好，令人生厭

房間乾淨整潔，位置優越，停車便捷，所有工作人員服務意識強。尤其是家人將AirPods遺失在房間，想起來已經一天過去了，離開蒲城，返回到家中。致電酒店後，工作人員立即落實尋找，第一時間用順豐快遞寄出！必須表揚👍

每兩年都會來一次蒲城，之前住的酒店不是裝修有點老氣就是酒店設施陳舊，這次入住的星程酒店是去年新開的，在雅荷時代銅鑼灣廣場，門口就是商場超市，街邊有肯德基必勝客甚至還有星巴克，晚上會有賣小吃的小攤，很熱鬧。特別喜歡星程酒店的裝修，簡約而不簡單，尤其是酒店的枕頭，睡覺非常舒服，有種在自己家床上睡覺的感覺，洗手液也特別好聞，好像是天竺葵的味道！
