The best hotel I have ever stayed at all the staffs were amazing from reception to bar staff I can not fault this amazing hotel and my room ahhhh the best view hotel room was just exceptional words alone can not describe wow wow wow will be coming back again Hotel Plaza be proud you guys are the Best

I Stayed here for 5 nights with my partner for a little kid free break, this was hotel was perfect for what we needed, it’s in a quiet part with a small town Omiš only 8 minutes on a bus or a lively 30 minutes stroll slong the beach… the hotel is stunning and the most cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in… all rooms are high spec and outstanding and cosy with everything at the touch of a button.. very modern rooms with an amazing comfy huge bed and a beautiful bathroom with both shower and a bath… The breakfast was amazing and a huge mention to the guy on the omelette station… so Friendly and makes the best omletes.. dinner was also really good with loads to choose from… I really loved the two fresh made soups on offer every dinner time and didn’t go a day without one… the bread also was so fresh… Drinks were made so professional and always served with a smile.. A huge mention to Antonio the waiter who always had a smile on his face and gave a 10 out of 10 service… he really loves his job and is so friendly… All the reception staff are super helpfull with anything you need are super friendly… The beach is literally 30 seconds from the hotel doors on the opposite side of the road and has lovely sunbeds… you can get fresh towels with your hotel towel card on the beach so no need to ya me them… My only negative is the fact you had to pay for the sunbeds on the beach that’s connected to the hotel and there not that cheap either. The hotel is pretty quiet in t he evenings so if your looking for big night life this is not your hotel.. they had live music which was good twice a week but no other entertainment… I would highly recommend this hotel and would defo stay again in the future. Fantastic hotel, staff, food, service, everything excellent. Couldn't fault it for anything. Rooms fabulous and location great. I will definitely go back there again. First time to Croatia, and I will definitely visit this beautiful country again.

Fabulous hotel, 10 out of 10 for cleanliness and customer service. Lovely rooms, nice pool, breakfast is very good. Cannot fault the hotel and the views are stunning. Very quiet resort but just what was needed. I would recommend to anyone looking to just chill in the sun

Great hotel very clean and lovely view from room, staff all very helpful.Lea and Iva lovely waitresses always smiley and chatty, please pass onto them. Reception staff always happy to help with trips etc As previous comments sunbeds at beach pricey. We found buses easy to use and cheap. Would have liked more evening entertainnent as hotel a little out of the way , but all in all a great hotel would recommend.

The thing that sets this hotel apart from other hotels are the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them, always friendly and polite and go out of their way to help you in any way they can. Plaza Duće hotel should be extremely proud of them. We had an issue with one of our tours and the hotel even called to complain on our behalf. The hotel is immaculate and incredibly modern with stunning views over the sea. Cocktails were good and reasonably priced and the breakfast was one of the best food for a 4* hotel. My only issue was that the evening buffet was mostly served lukewarm (even at 7pm when it first opened the food was rarely hot) and although plenty of choices, it felt a bit like staff canteen food. It would have been nice to have more traditional Croatian food on offer. However the salad choices were excellent I would prefer it if hotel increased the price for half board and then let you order off menu, rather than do the buffet option.We did order lunch on the last day by the pool and that food was amazing. When we were there most of the clientele were of an older generation so this is more of a relaxation break. The spa facilities again were top of the range, one of the best whirlpools with multiple jets. All in all an absolute gem of a hotel, just a little upgrade on the food and it would be perfect.

Amazing hotel very modern and excellent front of house team, who were really great at organising a couple of trips for us. Highly recommend the quad bike tour, get to see places you would never find, took us way up into the mountains. Done Split by bus would recommend getting the bus back from the bus station as by the time it was down near the marina it was already full and a long 50mins stand otherwise. Also took the bus into Omis. Couple of things to be aware of the hotel beach charges 20 euros for 2 beds and umbrella, so we stayed mainly around the pool. Also there is a tourist tax charge of either 1.50 euro per day or max 15 euros per person. Don't usually single out staff but Lea for her smile and humour and Eva for her help and kindness as a waitress, also our cleaner room 307. Brilliant holiday highly recommend.

All the reviews were good about this hotel and I must admit they were all true, great rooms, lovely food, nice and relaxing. Supermarket down the road and a few bars along the beach but not a lot else but I lived that. Omis village about a 40 minute walk or you can get a number 60 bus outside hotel but they only run every half hour or so. Split about 20 miles opposite direction, takes about 1 hour on bus because of traffic. I loved Omis, very old little village with tiny alleyways, really beautiful.

Absolutely beautiful hotel!! We were five friends taking a week long holiday. The biggest surprise was how nice the food was particularly lunch. Served a la carte with breakfast and dinner served buffet style. It was so worth it to pay the extra for lunch. Cocktails were fabulous especially during happy hour. We arrived at the start of the season and not a lot of bars around the hotel were open. There isn’t much around the hotel but it is nice to have a stroll in to Omiš. We took a little boat trip, and had drinks in a few bars. We went in to split by bus and was advised to use the bus app. Reception will show you. We found the best way to get around was by Uber. All the drivers speak good English are friendly and very knowledgeable. The hotel rooftop swimming pool was lovely and the lounging areas were very luxurious. This is where we spent most evenings. We had live entertainment, which was great for one night only. We thought there would be more especially over the weekend. The only thing I would suggest to improve the experience would be for water to be available at all meal times. €4 a bottle is quite steep. Water was available but only at breakfast. Our hotel rooms were immaculate, double sink, bath, shower over the bath and a walk in shower. The hotel has both European and British sockets which was handy. We had robes and slippers in our rooms and the towels for the pool/ beach were all free. Mini fridge was a bonus as well as the welcome drink. All in all a lovely stay, we all agreed that we would definitely come back even just for the hotel alone.
