Terrible experience, booked a room 3 weeks in advance was told that I would have parking for my motorcycle. A day before my arrival I was contacted to confirm my reservation. Upon my arrival I was told that there was no parking available for my motorcycle, that the contract with the parking company expired. Well why wasn't I told this when they phoned to confirm my reservation? The phat falker behind the desk wouldn't lift a falcking finger to rectify the situation and I had to pay $1000.00 pesos out of pocket for parking. The rooms are very noisy, they don't enforce the no smoking anywhere including the rooftop, the internet is terrible at best. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

El personal, en todas las áreas sumamente amable, empático y listo para ayudar al huésped en cualquier momento. La terraza tiene una vista espectacular del Zócalo. Los cuartos interiores, aunque tienen ventilación les falta iluminación natural. Los que tienen ventana exterior, mejores.

La recepción nocturna nos atendió bien.Es una habitación pequeña con abanico. Una cama pequeña. Es un lugar ruidoso. Se escucha mucho el bullicio de la gente. El servicio de botones, y de la limpieza son personas muy educadas y propias. La recepción matutina es un hombre que cuando nosotros salimos a desayunar nos pregunto en qué habitación estamos. No al regreso al salir. Cómo si hubiese que desconfiar de nosotros. No entramos gratuitamente. Al dejar la habitación y entregar llaves y control remoto. Nos dice yéndose hacia atrás que van a revisar la habitación. Claro por si nos robamos algo ese el mensaje. Pienso que es correcto revisar la habitación. Asumo que asumen que sus huéspedes son vándalos. Pero hay formas me permite un momento para que revisen la habitación, establecer contacto visual con el cliente que no hace. Y además de forma impositiva nos pide que resolvamos una encuesta que no quise contestar. Prefiero publicar mis comentarios aquí. el año pasado me hospede aquí con mi madre, hermana y sobrino. Y no recibimos un trato malo. Por eso es que regrese, pero no vuelvo a regresar.Ojala tengan a bien mejorar en la calidad del servicio para otros huéspedes.

Excelente ubicación en el corazón de la ciudad de Puebla, con una maravillosa vista hacia la Catedral, el personal es excelente y Antonio el botones fue el mejor! , la camarista , Irma que no tuvimos el placer de conocer hizo también excelente trabajo!Felicidades!.

El lugar no está mal, solo que tiene mucho ruido y no pude dormir bien. Para el precio no está mal en general estaba limpio solo que las mantas tenían cabello. Tenía agua caliente y la vista desde su terraza es buena solo que estaba algo polvoriento
