My experience was unfortunately very unpleasant. Of all the hotels I stayed in on the Galapagos Islands, it was not only the most expensive but also the worst value for money. The only positive aspect was the attentive service. Everything else was truly unacceptable for the price. To make matters worse, water leaked into my room from the floor above, apparently because the guests above me had managed to overflow their bathrooms. It was resolved quickly, which was great. However, it's clear the hotel is showing its age, and the room smelled musty and moldy. A real shame! I absolutely cannot recommend it, especially at that price.

Excellent location and comfortable room Excellent location a short walk from the pier. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and they even included a small gift. Definitely will stay here if I return.

Such a great place! Mabe,Letty, Diana, Anita and Jesus and chef and restaurant staff are wonderful!
