A true budget style hotel, room clean but very outdated, was happy in terms of what we paid as used as a base for a week stay. Whole hotel, complex seemed empty but finally found out to be closed at end of this month. Staff what few left were nice cheery and helpful, apart from Lady in pool bar each day, damn right rude at times. Hill side location is difficult at times but within 5 mins walk some nice bars, places to eat run by some lovely people.

Stayed at Los Pueblos from 19 Dec to 26 Dec . Yes its basic like lots of people have said but it was clean. We had room 303 which was over the pool bar very quiet cos of the time of year ( probably not in the middle of summer ) Towels changed twice in our stay and always had a hot shower . Had a breakfast in the pool bar good value and saw the guy cleaning the pool every morning . All in all we enjoyed our stay and the views were cracking. I belive it's closing end of January for a refurb so prices will no doubt increase .

Pros: cheap, lovely sea views, no problems with sun beds, lovely pool area with great pool side bar which has very reasonably priced food. Very clean. Quiet locality, but has small stores, bars and restaurants very near by. Staff friendly and helpful. Cons: rooms very dated and tatty, although has the basic necessities such as kettle, hob and microwave. Not cleaned daily, nor towels changed etc, but if you ask at reception, they would change towels. Pool bar serves breakfast, but not until after 10.00, which might be a bit late for some. Steep hill to the old town/*****/sea - about 15 minute walk to the *****, but the hill was a killer on the way back. Really enjoyed our stay, in spite of the cons, and would certainly return. Has massive potential if the apartments were updated, but then the prices would obviously go up.

Check in was smooth the man on reception was very friendly. we arrived in the evening so unfortunately everything on the complex was closed so we had to go find refreshments elsewhere. The next morning I had to go looking for someone to come sort the shower as it had fallen to bits (surly this must of been noticed on the last checkout inspection) the room is as described by others it’s cheap for a reason the reason being it’s extremely outdated. So on our third day of a four day visit our room hadn’t been cleaned so I had to go ask at reception for clean towels and loo roll but unfortunately the female receptionist wasn’t as friendly she was adamant that our rooms are due to be cleaned tomorrow (our leaving day) but I had to insist on clean towels and eventually she agreed, this is very disappointing and put a bit of a downer on our stay (at the very least we expected at least one change of towels as standard) I do have something positive to say the bar staff were excellent they were very friendly and served food and drinks very quickly and the prices are very reasonable. The pool area was clean and had plenty of sun loungers.

I am currently here at the complex. You pay for 2 Star accommodation here and that is what you get, although I must say even though the place is very dated it is kept spotlessly clean. The pool is a good size with a kids pool. The views are amazing from the pool area and pool facing apartments. Now, the real gem here is the pool bar, serving excellent food and drinks at very keen prices, nice background music and English TV on in the bar which also shows sports of all kinds, the guys Kate and Ryan that run it are quite possibly the nicest people that you will ever meet, nothing is too much trouble for them, always service with a smile and a bit of chat, they really make this place very special for any type of travelers be it solo (like myself), couples , groups or families.

Apartments are very basic, exactly what you pay for really. Even though we booked for 2 adults (assuming we could push two single beds together - you can’t they’re screwed to the wall!) it doesn’t really suit a couples holiday. Room was clean enough however the bathroom could do with a good clean and renovation. The bar and food downstairs beside the pool was the highlight of the accommodation with the staff being so friendly and helpful ! Food is amazing :) overall not a bad experience however you get what you pay for

Me and my partner booked a last minute trip to puerto del carmen and went for the cheapest deal we could find, With our cheap last minute options we were expecting the worst but after arriving we were over the moon! We arrived and was greeted by a lovely lady her name was Katie , she was such a delight to speak with and really had us in the holiday mood, the apartment we were allocated to was absolutely spotless we had no issues at all with insects or safety our stay with Los pueblos was amazing, I was shocked to see how cheap the food was for such good value here , they even had a vegetarian option for breakfast and dinner! The breakie was fab. It cost about €3.50 for a taxi to the ***** which was so good. The views from our balcony were breathtaking. We felt really safe here and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay

Lovely pool but freezing Can’t handle the smell in the room Toilet is from 1960s not even proper flusher It is minging and I never complain Lucky for everyone it’s shutting down in January to be pulled down I’m not sleeping in living room as bedroom and toilet are unbearable Don’t dare ever spend your money even though it’s cheapest in Lanzarote Wonder why Dirty apartment Only good for people that like good drink and happy just to have bed and don’t realise the mosquitoes No fan no ac Worst ever like being in barlinie only difference you get sky in jail This is honest opinion I’m staying another week but not for free here 👍
