Номер дали огромный, но из минусов-с чистотой могло быть и получше. В ванной комнате жил таракан. Большой минус-расположение, если вы без машины. До центра города пара километров.

It's a nice, modern hotel, centrally located in Puerto Iguazu. The rooms are spacious. The dining buffet is open all day long, from 7-11 (breakfast), 11-7 (lunch) and 7-11 for dinner. The breakfast my be included in your room charge
Lunch and dinner are not but they are very affordable. I had a good dinner, two plates of meat and veggies and it cost me less than US $8.
I noticed that even local residents of Puerto Iguazu stopped for lunch.
One thing that I felt was missing was a clock. Every time I wanted to check the time at night I had to use my cellphone. Please, put a small alarm clock on a bed side table.

The place smells like mold, the bathroom smelled terrible, little ants everywhere, bed sheets smelled bad, pillow cases were not clean and towels were stained and smelled really bad. The red covers everywhere were just too much… location is in a very poor area, very far from Iguazú Park and from airport. Buses come every 30/40 minutes and to go back to airport took us 48 minutes waiting time in the bus stop.

La habitación es un horno, el aire no andaba bien y tuve mucho calor. Las aberturas son muy comunes y de aluminio como la puerta, el ruido a la noche de las motos era infernal. Los pasillos no están climatizados, salís de la habitación y hace mucho calor, el lobbie no le anda el aire y cuando da el sol, es un horno. Las sillas del comedor son de plástico. La cama muy blanda, se nota que el hotel es muy nuevo, pero realmente si queres descansar, no es lo mejor, el barrio donde está, no es muy lindo y está lejos de los restoranes. El desayuno muy tranquilo, todo limpio la heladera del mini bar espectacular, hermosa, pero tiene dos aguas adentro…. Podría tener varias cosas para un heladera nueva y muy grande.

Le doy la más alta calificación en todos los ítem a evaluar: atención, limpieza, servicio, comodidad, confort y precio. El hotel y su personal brinda todo lo necesario para garantizar una agradable y confortable estadía (tuve un inconveniente y Mauro lo resolvió satisfactoriamente a la bervedad , Laura también respondió satisfactoriamente a un requerimiento, la señora de la limpieza de habitaciones también me dio lo que le solicité muy amablemente, les estoy muy agradecida). No encontré aspectos negativos, al contrario. Cuando volvamos a Pto. Iguazú, sin dudas volveremos a elegirlo, también lo tendremos como primera opción, tanto mi esposo como yo, a todo el que nos solicite que le recomendemos un buen alojamiento a la hora de visitar esa ciudad.

El hotel es lindo...las instalaciones son nuevas.. las camas super cómodas. La atención del personal es excelente...siempre nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Muy buena la limpieza. El buffet esta muy bueno..es accesible y practico para no volver a salir si estas cansado x las excursiones. La única contra es la ubicación, esta muy alejado del centro y al estar en una avenida el transito de las motos a la noche es molesto...pero bueno eso ya no depende de la gente del hotel que te atiende super bien.

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, el desayuno es variado y también se puede almorzar y cenar con la modalidad tipo buffet, es una gran ventaja tener este servicio en el hotel, cuenta con servicios de traslados, tener este servicio nos dió seguridad y tranquilidad.
