Maybe it's just a coincidence, but time and again, the international hotels we book on Trip.com put us in corner rooms! The view outside Room 264, which was a replacement room, is shown in picture 1. The original room, 268, was even more tucked into a corner, and there were people doing maintenance in the hallway right outside the door (I sent pictures to Trip.com customer service). The reason we switched rooms wasn't even because the window was obstructed, but because there was no internet. On our two-month self-guided tour of South America, no internet means we can't plan our subsequent itinerary. Throughout this process, Trip.com's customer service staff stayed in touch and were faultless. However, the hotel should really reflect on why they consistently give us bad rooms. This is a large hotel with many rooms, so the front desk surely knows which rooms have poor Wi-Fi.

The quilt is as thin as a piebe of paper so my family feels freezing while sleeping even though the temperature of yhe air-conditioning was set to 24C.

The location is great. It is 50 meters to bus station. We took the bus to Iguazu Fall and back. There are several restaurants within 50 meters. The breakfast is free and it is great.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location with good access to good restaurants nearby. Appreciate the availability of shower room after visit to iguazu falls

The hotel room was comfortable and clean and spacious. The staff had a good service attitude and were very helpful. It is a nice place to stay. Highly recommended!!

Good to stay and they are very provide breakfast box when we leave early morning

Breakfast ok.; very limited selection Room very ample and clean; we were given a room with a view to the pool being fixed. Location very good everything within walking distance. Bus terminal 1 block.

The hotel is nice, the facilities look good. The service is not that good though, one day we didn't get the room service. And for breakfast we had to wait every day to get basic stuff like plates or cluttery, and also wait for food that took long to replenish.

Mooi hotel

Staff were super friendly and left a note and cake for my bf when it was his birthday. Unexpected and very sweet. Great at giving different options for transport around the area. Location couldn't be better a minute walk to the bus terminal. We used the bus every day travelling to iguazu falls Argentina and Brasil side.

Room was big and clean. Location was great, walking distance to bus terminal, good restaurants and river iguazu. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Service could have been much better for a 4-star hotel. I am travelling around ARG and stay mostly at 4-star accomodations and i must say the service here can be improved. Staff, although provide information when asked, had a snappy attitude. There was only one male staff at the reception, who speaks good English, who rendered good service, was polite and understand customer service in hospitality.

The hotel has a great location, right across from the bus terminal. The breakfast is also quite substantial. The biggest drawback is the poor soundproofing. Every morning I can hear my neighbors leaving their rooms. The room doors seem to have a design flaw; every time someone leaves their room, it makes a slamming sound, making it impossible not to get out of bed. The room cleanliness is poor; the towels don't seem to be changed daily. The swimming pool didn't seem very clean.

The location is excellent, probably in the heart of the town, with the bus station diagonally opposite, making it convenient to get around. There are also many restaurants nearby. However, the good location also means that the loud music from the restaurants across the street can be heard very late at night. The hotel's bedding and other amenities are somewhat subpar. Service was practically nonexistent; carrying large bags to the hotel, there was no staff to help.

At first, they put me in a tower that was undergoing renovations. It was, of course, impossible to stay there because it was so loud. Then they moved me to another tower – it was quiet, but the room was smaller than the one I paid for. The staff was welcoming. The location is perfect.
