We stayed 3 nights. The location is excellent; 1 block from the main plaza and all the restaurants nearby. Service was good and breakfast excellent. The room is quite big and comfortable. It can be noisy at night with a roadside room as walls are quite thin.

Located right on the main street of Puerto Natales, Casa Patagonia is a good option for an overnight stay before heading to Torres del Paine or across the border to Argentina. It’s within easy walking distance of all the restaurants and bars, and 15-20 minutes walk from the bus station. My room was small but comfortable, with a modern bathroom and the breakfast was good value, as well as starting early enough for departing on tours or transfers. The only window in my room was a small skylight, which could get claustrophobic if you had to spend much time there.

Bon accueil. Notre chambre était petite et bruyante, nous étions cote rue. Par contre je ne sais pas si des chambres sont situées cote cours. Pour le parking demande a la réception de vous indiquer votre place Très bon petit déjeuner, du choix, avec des fruits frais. Personnel souriant et serviable.
